Am I the only one that feels unsatisfied with Don's character arc? The fact that the ending is ""ambiguous"" in terms of what he feels seems like a cope out. People still can't agree with whether or not he found happiness in making commercials that have 'meaning' or whether he just became a hippie. Literally everyone but him has a definitive ending.

She knows exactly who he is (or pretends to be) and so is immune to his charms. And, in fact, as a result of this, Joan is the one woman in the show whom Don truly considers a friend and equal.
