the show is shit and people have finally stopped talking about it (other than the recent VR fetish episode) so you can finally go back to redd.it m8. c ya!
Fifteen Million Merits. I've not watched any of the newer Americanized seasons though.
fifteen million merits and bandersnatch
I think you mean white christmas
The first two episodes of S5 have been atrocious. Should I bother with the Miley episode?
sure just go into it with a "so bad it's good" mindset and you should be find
This.
Either White Bear or White Christmas, ironic enough if you know what I mean
Pretty much every single episode pre-netflix is kino while every single episode post-netflix is trash. Color me surprised
glad Yea Forums is going full contrarian and liking White Bear now I agree it is the best but still you guys are bandwagonning
Definitely this one.
The fact the chick that got her eye thing removed ends up at the other guys apartment is kino af.
White Bear fucking sucked. The lead girl ruined it with all her screaming.
White Christmas still the best babyy
As someone who struggles with jealousy, I've only been able to watch this once.
It's a fucking ride
Why get jealous of stupid thot
I thought Shut up and Dance was the best. I don't really see that sentiment shared however.
What I liked about Shut up and Dance is that there’s nothing in it technologically that isn’t already possible. It’s basically just set in our world. It’s a refreshing and chilling change of pace.
Never even thought about it that way, that does make it unique I suppose, the smithereen episode in the new season was like that too.
Why does this board hate on "normies" yet watch Netflix garbage ?
Rate my top-10:
1. USS Callister
2. White Christmas
3. Playtest
4. San Junipero
5. Fifteen Million Merits
6. White Bear
7. Hated in the Nation
8. Striking Vipers
9. Shut up and Dance
10. Men Against Fire
>every single episode pre-netflix is kino while every single episode post-netflix is trash
this tbqhf
All of those episodes are good except playtest and men against fire imho, good list.
Do people really like Fifteen Million Merits? It felt too exaggerated to serve the point it was trying to make
playtest has the best twist out of all episodes
The same was true for National Anthem and The Waldo Moment. The show was never originally about technology bad but about our interaction with technology as humans.
3/10. What possibly makes you enjoy USS Callister enough to put it as your #1?
Anything but the Season 5 episodes
it hardly even feels like it's about technology anymore, and it's a commentary on social issues now
>watching Reddit Mirror
Agreed
This is the most accurate pleb filter.
Wouldn't say that much, but overal quality did drop after the show got mutted
I like the concept of a ugly nerd who is a twisted psychopath in his own game having his own little revenge there. Also it's got a good sountrack and nice look visually.
+ I really like jesse plemons
Don't mind me, just derailing your discussion
Inside No. 9 > Black Mirror
>White Christmas
probably my favorite xmas special ever released and the best episode of the series
>The Entire History of You
the best of the reg eps imo
>San Junipero
best of the new eps imo. and the fact that people thought it was a happy ending made it even better cause I got the exact opposite sentiment
>Shut Up and Dance
best twist
>The Waldo Moment
went from annoying trash to kino within the past 5 years
This is unironically the best show episode I've ever watched.
Inside No. 9 is so far above Black Mirror I'm actually offended you're bringing it up here as if it's not obvious to anyone who has watched it.
Dude what if we have recording eyes and ears....very subtle.
>not White Christmas
>not Crocodile
And surprising nobody it wasn't written or directed by Brooker.
Oh, I didn't know this. Who wrote it?
That’s how I watched this whole show. People think it’s smart but its just like law and order.
Jesse Armstrong, one of the creators of Peep Show who also wrote for The Thick of It and Four Lions.
>San Junipero
>people thought it was a happy ending made it even better cause I got the exact opposite sentiment

White Bear is fucking awful. You like what you like dude, but calling it good doesnt fly.
Serioulsy tho how the fuck do you niggers remember the name of every single episode?
OP is correct for once
They tend to have very distinct titles.
Because each one is like a short movie. How do you niggers remember the names to movies?
I actually liked season 5 except smeethereens.
I just watched the first two episodes of this show. So far it's pretty good but I heard it goes to shit eventually. When does that happen?
Pretty good overall, id say White Christmas is better, and men against fire is a little lukewarm, but 7'5/10 list mate
>Bro this show is reddit
Stop trying so hard to fit in, underage poster
>Best
The Entire History of You
Hang the DJ
Shut Up and Dance
Honorable mention: Playtest
>Worst
Nosedive
San Junipero
Black Museum
No, it's the worst episode of the entire series.
7/10
>san junipero
Faggot leftist opinion desu, among the worst episodes.
Best is Shut Up and Dance
It really was terrlbe
It hits its point hard and is very applicable to the modern world, it's really a great episode. People sacrifice passion for security and end up with just a fancier empty cube/life.
Usually the episode is named after something prominently featured in it so it's easy to remember. Fifteen Million Merits is named that because the guy needs to get fifteen million merits. The Entire History of You is about a device that records your entire history. It's not all that difficult.
- San Junipero.-
Old man tears of nostalgia for my youth were shed
Nothing since the move to Netflix has been above 5/10.
Shut up and dance was good but pretty surface level. There was nothing to talk about after it was over
Shut Up and Dance is the only best episode.
Everything else is ok and just makes you gasp at the end.
I watch The Entire History of (You) every 1-2 years. Classic.
The new season feels like an entirely different show. I couldn't even make it through the first episode
White Christmas was so good he decided to just copy the technology ruffly for half the episodes after
This minus the pedo and bee episodes
The only thing better than this is reading salty redditors reviews of it trying to justify the chick and make the dude out to be a scumbag despite being right about literally everything.
Did Jon Hamm fuck the chick cookie customer in white Christmas?
Why is black museum so low? The stories told were some of the best in the show. The overarching story of black museum was terrible though.
If you want a bigger hints which episodes Charlie didn't like and doesn't put any effort it too it's all the ones set in america
It was just a cluster of various unfinished stories that were too atomised to have entire plots revolve around them.
There's literally a scene where an adult black woman threatens a stuffed bear.
USS Callister
>implying any episodes of this show are actually thought-provoking and capable of driving conversation beyond the surface level
yikes brah
its not really
then why are you watching it
WHITE MAN BAD
BLACK MAN GOOD
you plebs have terrible taste
Nosedive, Arkangel, San Junipero, Rachel, Jak and Ashley too and White Christmas should be your top 5. Absolute worst was Men against Fire.
>Absolute worst was Men against Fire
It was a direct rip off of an Outer Limits episode
this. FPBP
Playtest? Are you fucking retarded? That is the worst episode
t.retard
Shut Up and Dance is one of the greatest episodes though
>Miley Cyrus episode in top 5
>Shut Up And Dance and Fifteen Million Merits outside of the very same top 5
OH NO NO NO NO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA NO NO NO NO NO NO NO HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
What episode do you actually think is worse than that piece of shit
user pls tell me this is bait
Arkangel
Nosedive is the worst? Excuse me? Did you not see BDH’s jumbo yum yums? Her juicy cans? Her milky feedbags? Her mommy sacks? Her supple sucky sucks? Her breasticles with the best nipples? Her mouth holders? Her penis pillows? Sir did you not see those?
And do I need to mention the BRAP? My friend just imagine that ass submerging your face. Sucking it up like Homer Simpson going into that bush. You’ll be so deep in there that the atmosphere actually changes, you know because she’s feeling a little..gassy today. Get comfy partner, you’re in for mouthful!
It straight up rips off Karl Pilkington's ideas from years ago.
Karl Pilkongton is a faggot and I’m glad he’s dead
>Nosedive
It doesn't even feel like it's Black Mirror
Well personal taste play a huge role like always so let me re-explain, it's like netflix didn't manage to buy its soul so to speak and I think we all can agree on this
because it's mildly entertaining on a surface level, which is rare enough on the medium of television.
imagine thinking a pulp scifi tv show is profound. read a book, nigger.
1-Fifteen Million Merits
2-White Bear
3-White Christmas
If you disagree you are wrong and should kill yourself
>fifteen million merits
based
It's really well acted. When the guy threatens to kill himself it's fucking intense.
Imagine continuing to watch Reddit Mirror after the first episodes all those years ago.
It's a fucking reverse pleb filter and you're the fucking plebs.
Arkangel dragged on a bit too long, but it was otherwise decently well written with a satisfying ending. The Ashley Too episode was far and beyond the shittiest episode of BM to date. That shit was literally a teen oriented Disney movie complete with a brain-dead sickly sweet happy ending. It was the worst of an already terrible season.
Do you guys really like Hang the DJ? The ending is such a cop out. Like they couldn't think of an actual ending.
The Ashley Too episode is actually worse than the social media episode? No fucking way. I haven't seen it yet, but you have to be overreacting
>San Junipero
looool
That guy sounds pretty based right about now
>reading
oh im laffin
The social media one is called Nosedive, Arkangel is about the nanny cam optical implant. I am not exaggerating at all about how shit this new season, and especially the Ashley one is. I consider seasons 1-3 of Black Mirror to be pure sci-fi kino, but I am no longer excited for new episodes at this point.
I think Bandersnatch and USS Callister are the best ones
This, and partly because (unlike a lot of the other episodes) it seems like it could happen. I could see those memory chips becoming an actual thing in the future. One of the best moments for me that really drove it home was when that one woman started trying to convince the girl who'd had her chip removed that she'd made the wrong decision, because whatever percentage of your memories might be manufactured and yadda yadda yadda. There are also a lot of logistical reasons why people might start to think having these chips is a good idea, like when it comes to crime.
Nosedive is amazing. In the top 3 episodes of this mixed bag of a show.
>Hey user I got you that new game you asked for, Striking Vipers
>I know you keep asking me to play a video game with you so thought I'd finally try one!
>She looks cool I think I'll pick her
>What do you I, put this on the side of my head?
>I'm not sure if I'll be good at it but here we go!
