Do you start counting at 10 or 11? If 10, then Restrepo.

You start from 2010. Yeah it's a top 3 war film for me.

Where's the Spit's engine?

even Fury is better than this
nice digits tho

I would put Brestskaya Krepost at #1 for 2010-

Fury is another hollywood tier sentimentality flick. Not that good.

all memes aside, was getting caught literally part of his plan?
why didn't he land closer to the allies at dunkirk?

>why didn't he land closer to the allies at dunkirk
Did you forget the entire part of his landing gear being stuck and him having to manually crank it down?

You just described Dunkirk

>when nazis drop the SC-1800 Satan
Oh boy

dunkirk was a shitty anti-war movie trying to masquerade as a war movie

Was getting caught part of his plan?

Dunkirk is literally anti sentimental. No cheesy le campfire scene where the soldiers talk about their sweethearts at home, no quips, no scenes of civilians at home crying, no angry generals yelling at a map etc.

Even that scene, Harry Styles is ashamed to even look at them, completely denying the usual sentimental narrative

Fury is straight up garbage

Unknown Soldier

>war movie
>fleeing / running away

Are you French?

The entire engine from the aircraft vanishing was part of his plan.

Enjoy

Why do 99% of battle scenes in films just never seem genuine? Like they always just look like actors role playing. Saving Private Ryan is one of the rare exceptions.

You start counting from 10 to 19.
How do you not know this?

>getting caught as part of his plan
>crashes a plane
>wears a mask
>the fire rises
did Nolan watch The Dark Knight Rises?

hacksaw ridge wasnt shit tier. it was the first real war movie in awhile.

Where the fuck is Siege of Jadotville

>Mel Gibson bad
i wonder who's behind this

Where's Hurt Locker

Does anyone have a list like this but with not only the 2010s?

It was cheesy as hell.

>Big Guy in the dark
>Plane in the light
>This is the last plane he crashed with survivors

This right here is how you make kino.
