I was watching one of his newer ones out of boredom and it's amazing how many times he just Family Guys a joke by explaining it when he's already said the punchline. It'll be along the lines of:

The ironic, meta, coolguy explaining of a joke to add emphasis to the punchline is funny once in a while, but he does it constantly.

In the peak of his career, He did have some funny videos. That is long gone now. It greatly doesn't help that Doug Walker is well known to be a douche unlike James Rolfe. And that is where Doug Walker fails. He just doesn't have the personality like James where you want to see more of him.
