i havent seen a single one of those films

Based retard.

most men turn into bumbling baffoons as they get older. don't take anything they do or say post 60 seriously

I thought The Intern was cute desu

>i wanna punch that guy in the face
>nigger kids
You know what happened.

It could be worse, he could be Christopher Walken

Ronin was actually his last good movie.

Yeah, but look at DDL for example.
Even Jack Nicholson had some self-respect and his post 2000s movies are not the most horrid shit ever.
Clint Eastwood too

...I like Stardust.

Attached: original.jpg (1062x727, 136K)

But was it really? It's a far cry from his early career. It's not the worst he's done, in fact from that bottom list, it's his best one, but still.

watching old films has nothing to do with intelligence

Attached: rdn.png (648x1158, 537K)

Ronin was good though

Yes it was good

go and fuck yourself you mutt, just wait for the irishmen, you will swallow your tongue

Why does it look like a man in a wig?

That movie is fucking garbage.

Underage b&.

Yikes.

>Ronin
is this bait?

It was fucking shit

You forgot to mention Limitless.

OH ON NO NO

Attached: 1559910559725.jpg (1193x999, 494K)

Post the .webm of the comedy he was in where someone walks in on him actually literally jerking off to blacked porn.
How you can go from Travis Bickle to an old man sitting on a couch jerking off to nigger dicks escapes me.

>When you marry your fetish instead of sticking to your people
I feel no sympathy towards him desu

What movies should he have starred in? No one makes kinos like those anymore.

i dont even know why he marrierd her. she looks like a man

Ronin is fucking great though I mean it's average compare to his earlier movies but it's well made action film

i see shit like this happen and i realize why rich and famous people just kill themselves
it's like your life doesn't belong to you anymore and they should never have gone into movies or music

I hope you're not implying a white woman wouldn't want to take half his shit.

A white woman at least has a chance to look good and be a good person. Marrying a giant ape wearing a wig is just retarded

The problem is entering a relationship.

All famous dudes would be fine if they stuck to fucking bitches without ever committing to a relationship. Kinda like George Clooney did before he married Amal.

Meet the Parents, Shark Tale, and Stardust are fucking great you piece of shit retard.

You also forgot Heat in the first list. Fuck you.

Analyze This and Meet the Parents are both very good but everything else on your second list is indeed terrible.

Ronin has one of the most well done car chase scenes ever
>e34 m5 explodes

>Meet The Parents and Analyze This are good
Please tell me you zoomers are being ironic. For the love of fuck.

Ronin was good you zoomer faggot

Attached: Ronin.jpg (1200x675, 100K)

Nigga I'm from '81, fuck outta here. It was shit.
So were these

Meet the Parents fucking RULES. It's the best romantic comedy of the 00s. Produced by based as fuck Emo Phillips. It's a great movie

Meet the fockers is shit, though

>make fun of racemixers/leftists/people getting fucked over by roasties thread turns into B-BUT THIS SHITTY DE NIRO MOVIE AFTER THE 90S WAS SECRETLY GOOD!!!!!!! thread
you retards will argue over anything

Attached: 1533174776218.png (780x405, 449K)

Ok you got me I was meming about shark tale but meet the parents and stardust is legitimately good

Yes it does. Only worthless ham and eggers can't appreciate media from before they were born.

It was pure kino face it.

I didnt even know he was in that much shit
He kinda has a career like Jon Carpenter where he started off with amazing movies but then went to shit

Grudge Match was actually based.

You forgot Jackie Brown in the good/great list

Hookers, abortions, and divorces cost money. Not everything an actor does is great.
He’s way above anyone on this board

Analyze This, Meet the Parents, and The Good Shepherd are all great movies.

American hustle and robin are very good though. But yeah point taken

Get fucked, ronin is one of the only good heist movies. Also get off Yea Forums you old fagot

if you watch movies because you like watching good movies, there's not enough new movies to get by

>he doesnt know that Italians are black

>best romantic comedy
What romance? What comedy? Meet the Parents has neither of those you low-standard having pleb.

Absolutely based.

>JOKER

Redemption

Attached: jk1.jpg (357x625, 47K)

Why are we adding ultra kino Ronin to this list?

Attached: 81DzzFnzYbL._SX342_.jpg (342x397, 30K)

Stardust was good though

That's a woman?

Stardust is alright.

Stop it

word?

they arent but they have a 1000 year tradition of ravaging black pussy

youtube.com/watch?v=AdMpVZ42RLk
he's still got it

Al Pacino fell much farther, also Ronin is a good movie.

I also will stand up for Stardust

And I haven’t seen American Hustle but Silver Linings Playbook was okay. David O Russell may be discount Scorsese but discount Scorsese is still not bad

t. Virgin

Unironically some of the best acting he’s done in years

He had to pay the bills
He'll be back

this, wtf? so he CAN still act, it's just he needs to play the same character he always has? do zoomers not like gangster films or something, why has he been doing schlock for the past 2 decades?

Gangster movies are timeless, he might just want to be in movies for his kids now or something. There’s a few actors who do that.

He's great in Meet The Parents

Just like videodrome, Angel Heart is criminally underrated

Cape Fear blew his rhythm, and he's been in gangster mode ever since. The 90's weren't very literary it was all about the sitcom format which Meet The Parents satires nicely. It's amazing how many of his films can be classed under 'occupational hazards'.

Why do you say it broke his rhythm? In what sense?

Cape fear was such a shitty movie. De niro was good but it seemed like De Palma or some other equally meh director could have shot it.

>Robert de Negro

looks like he is paying the toll

It was sort of like a Southern Gothic comedy, which is fine for all intents and purposes but it wasn't really a secure genre picture. The performances aren't bad but I don't think the film endeared itself to audiences.

Anyone seen this film?

>It's amazing how many of his films can be classed under 'occupational hazards'.
I like him as a priest, war vet, taxi driver, or any sort of tutelary role. Has he ever played a school teacher or professor before?

You forgot Mean Streets in good movies

Remembered an article from a few years ago based exactly on this. He gave up in 2002.

twitter.com/chapmangamo/status/750971489122418688/photo/1

Attached: giphy[1].gif (500x209, 985K)

It absolutely does.

TDK owes a lot to Mean Streets which owes a lot to The Third Man... Mean Streets works because it cast De Niro as a Harry Lime figure, but succeeds primarily because Keitel is allowed to lead.

Will 'The Irishman' allow Pacino and Keitel to star and have De Niro appear in the same sort of Harry Lime-esque role? I think it's more weighted toward De Niro.

What is TDK?

Just the dark knight but I would include Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs as well. An actor wants that sort of tertiary role with less screentime because it contains more concentrated power.
youtu.be/FMOVVt_8fVE

Du chevalier noir

That graph is based

He is in the score in 2001 which was pretty good

burning the coal always has a toll

Attached: 1559693868553.png (957x718, 1.51M)

I mean what is the connection between TDK and Mean Streets?

>A white woman at least has a chance to look good and be a good person.

Attached: 1537877175531.png (680x574, 127K)

>white woman
>woman
>good person
Where have been the last few years, you dumb faggot?

Despite genre differences the structure is similar. The use of a somewhat tertiary character (de Niro and Ledger) and the fact that a lot of audiences dislike the straight-laced characters performed by Keitel and Bale, which better orientate an audience. It's similar to letting Joseph Cotton lead your film with a cameo by Welles.

I can't think of a film where Pacino has played a tertiary character.

He didn't "ruin his career". He had already done all the kinos he could and cemented himself as an S lister. Once kinos started declining, he had to take roles to pay the bills and also to stay relevant.

There's still The Irishman coming up if they ever release it. You also forgot to list Cinquecento.

Got it, thanks.

>that SNL sketch from down the feed
my fucking sides
youtube.com/watch?v=iiufC3OrGZ8

I think Al Pacino is worse, after Godfather 2 he turned into a completely different person, he doesn't even look like himself anymore at all.

That's what someone about to ambushed with a cup would say.

He wanted to get paid. Nothing wrong with that. 50-100 years from now he will be on every greatest actors ever list

He made a few kinos after Godfather 2, like Scarface.

>old films

Attached: 84f7b2d6afb65c7510348a9c7555ae9c.jpg (581x426, 197K)

I've never liked scarface. Carlito's Way is the better DePalma/Pacino movie.

youtube.com/watch?v=Mzzxbe1IsiI

Bump

He wanted to get paid to support his unstable spending wife.

hes most likely a retard with no taste but great talent for acting
