When your coworkers start conspiring against you you have 2 real options, ride it out and wait for them to get bored or quit. In most cases most people try to ride it out and eventually get pushed to the point they might break or actually do break. People talk shit about how you should act at work but if you are the pharmakos there really isn't shit you can do. See I was once working in a sales position where I was setting records and bringing in 10% of the entire company's sales in a massive division of the company at CA. Needless to day I was one of their top 5 performers. Company had some dumb unofficial policy that your quota is twice what you sold the previous month, which if you are setting actual sales records is literally impossible. So i rest at a comfortable amount for a couple months, pretty much on par with my record breaking months. A guy who is in charge of enrollment for our company taps me on the shoulder one day and tells me management is poaching clients from me and actually telling people not to sign with me. This is after years of work for a company that said 'all that matters is the sale' more or less. Suddenly they don't trust one of their literal historically best representatives because of some arbitrary impossible imaginary quota hasn't been met. It's like a chinese finger trap. There isn't shit you can do except not participate at all.

The thing is that they DID invite writers from his site to go, just not from like his sub podcast or whatever. Which is why his bitching makes no sense. Like why not just have those writers that went be guests on your podcast? If you’re all working in the same office then that’d be so easy. And if they don’t write from the offices then just give the details from their articles on your fucking show. It’s such a bullshit excuse.
