Night King should have flown South to King's Landing with wight Viserion, raised the army of the dead that died at BlackwaterBay, then attack King's Landing to try and aquire an easy 1 million more wights.

Cersei would realize she made a huge mistake betraying the living. Jon could fight the Night King and Die, you can still have Arya be the one to finish it off (because nD are fucking hacks), but don't fucking kill of the Night King without atleast letting him have a chance to fight 1v1 with Jon and getting somewhat wounded by him, that was his entire storyline, fughting the White Walkers.

Have the Night King be the one to kill Rhaegal too then have them both being fighting Drogon with all 3 dying and Dany getting mortally wounded.
Dany dies during childbirth, Cersei gives birth but Jaime kills her -OR- Cersei gives birth before the attack and is fine but dies to a wight.
In both scenarios, have Tyrion raise both children, one the heir to the throne, the other his adopted son/daughter.

Ramsay killing Roose is equally as dumb as killing off Doran. If anything Roose should have killed Ramsay in that scene. Ramsay killing Roose is a death sentence for himself as literally EVERYONE hates Ramsay and only tolerates him because he's Roose's son, and Roose only tolerates him because he knows "the perils of having a boy-Lord" that would come with him dying before his and Fat Walda's son grew up. The dynamic between Roose, Ramsay, Theon, Wyman, Lady Dustin, and the Frey host is quite entertaining and seeing how they all mostly hate each other but need to work together to not get killed by Stannis is interesting.
