Skins is just an edgy soap opera with teenagers. It tries to deal with issues but also tries to be all deep and artsy while being about teenagers doing teenage stuff. First season was pretty good but after that I lost all interest.
Inbetweeners does fit the average late teenagers life. We did have big parties and shit got out of control, but the day to day was mundane.
