Obi Wan and Darth Vader meet again after a many years, they're old and out of place in an envoirment that doesn't match their ways anymore. It's like 2 grandparents that lived in the 19th century started dueling each other with sabers while wearing old military garb in the middle of WW2.
It's not supposed to look impressive, it's shot in a flat angle in a time where Lucas wanted the lightsabers to feel as if they weighed 30 pounds.

One was shot in 1977 on film, the other on a cheap HD camera with filters up the fucking ass to try to match the one shot in 1977, on top of nothing about the cinematography matching (original was entirely shot at eye level, the least they could do is stay close to that level or ease people in the more complex angles), on just a few seconds you go from Alec Guiness doing fencing at a flat angle to an anime angle of Vader twirling his saber around with green screen explosion effects while not-obiwan spazzes around obscuring his face
All while Battle of Heroes plays loudly in the background when the scene doesn't call for that kind of music in anyway.
