Kong: Skull Island was much better than both Godzilla films so he deserves to win
I don’t see how Kong stands a chance.
Godzilla wrecked and ate a alien bigger than him and destroyed a city. He should be able to just obliterate Kong.
Shouldn't they be pals? Enemy of my enemy and that
Netflix
I can't say if I'd see this movie but I like that promo art, it's a cool throwback to Technicolor shit
Kong will win
Round 1 - Kong beats Godzilla
Round 2 - Godzilla beats Kong
Round 3 - Mecha Ghidorah shows up and Kong and Godzilla team up to beat the shit out of Mecha Ghidorah.
Post Credit Stinger - "We've got to fight fire with fire!" Slow pan over Mecha Godzilla with the eyes lighting up before cutting to black.
After losing in the first act, Kong masters "The Glow".
>[Rythm of the Night Intensifies]
This movies is going to suck based on the shitty director
A massive black obelisk appears and Kong evolves into 300' Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
wingard is no worse than dougherty or edwards
>Post Credit Stinger
they arent allowed to make more godzilla flicks after vs kong.
yeah this one
The digitally recreated Force Ghost of Burgess Meredith appears to a bloody and beaten Kong, sending him back to Skull Island for a training montage, whereupon he endures a terrible beating in a rematch with Zilla, gassing him out and finishing him in the finale.
as long as it makes money they'll keep making them.
good. Im already sick of you tranny faggot tumblr fucks.
toho only allowed them to license the character for 3 films. they will not extend that contract because they have plans for more films of their own.
>as long as it makes money
dead on arrival after this flop
Kaiju are part and parcel of living in a big city
Kong will win because he's the underdog. It's BvS : Kaiju Edition
>as long as it makes money
user...
finally an original sentiment
Literally neither of them will win; they'll team up to fight Space Godzilla or some shit.
It's clearly gonna end with some villain showing up, Godzilla dying, Kong becoming King Kong, and a Godzilla egg/baby being found somewhere.
10/10 if this will happen
I'm so fucking worried for this movie. Even before KOTM, I was panicking because we have Adam fucking Wingard directing this shit. I never wanted to see a Godzilla v King Kong movie, and this will be the climax (and very likely the last Western movie to feature Godzilla) to an underwhelming franchise.
This, there'll even be the real baddie with a reborn Ghidorah, and a connection with mothra
>godzilla and kong have a fight
>their clash gets interrupted by gigan and megalon
>godzilla and kong then team up to defeat gigan and megalon
oh boy i bet you were the first to come up with that one.
something like this i guarantee
they probably will. they made shin godzilla between godzilla 2014 and 2019 aswell. they just release their movies and after a short pause the monsterverse will continue.
Just like all the old movies barely got more than their production budget the new ones will still be considered a success for toho. It is all about the toy sales.
Mecha Ghidorah will probably come back later, because Charles Dance is not part of the G.v.K. Movie.
The enemy can be Mecha Godzilla, Gigan or Biolante as they talk about a bio-weapon and a mechanical one being developed in the credits.
>movie is called "godzilla vs kong"
>they fight for real in the movie
>kong defeats gojira, the current king of the titans
>giant ape finally gets the title of king kong in the end
screen cap this
No offense but isn't King Kong the size of a T-Rex, so... 25 feet tall.
GodZilla is 350 feet tall.
Kong climbs skyscrapers while Godzilla is like twice the height of a skyscraper.
So how is this a thing?
Seething DCuck
fucking this.
the biggest incarnation of king kong is like 90 feet and even that is pushing it.
godzilla is still 3-4x larger than his largest possible incarnation.
kong is baby in his movie
Gojira would simply toss Kong halfway around the planet and the movies over
or gojira simply blasts kong with fireblast and its over.
dumb concept.
unoriginal coping mouse cuck
Skull Island confirmed he was still growing. He probably still won’t be Godzillla size but he’ll definitely be bigger. Also you know they’re going to work the lightning powers in there somehow.
Movie won't even be made. These are franchises in the west people only care to see once every decade.
Godzilla made 600 mil.
Kong: Skull Island made 600 mil.
Great.
Godzilla: King of Monsters is struggling to make back its budget. I guarantee another Kong movie would as well.
it's already scheduled for a 2020 release, they're already too deep in to stop production now
You're gay.
Yeah the American GI and Japanese guy in Kong: Skull Island are foreshadowing them eventually teaming up.
Kong, being the only primate Titan and likely the smartest Titan, is “recruited” by Monarch. They teach him sign language, make weapons and armor for him, maybe juice him up with roids, and use him as some kind of Titan interpreter and diplomat. How retarded is this idea?
Congo/10
They're going to renegotiate the contract depending how well these 2 films do financially to where both companies can freely produce films concurrently.
Because the Kong in SI is fucking massive compared to apelet in King Kong. That and the fact that he is an adolescent in SI. He's gonna be a lot bigger.
tickle amy tickle amy tickle amy tickle amy tickle amy
Konglets are gonna get BTFO.
They can fight other monsters, but hopefully it's a mere distraction and they continue with their personal grudge match when the others are dead.
Captain America Civil War did this right where it seemed like the main two had put their differences aside to work together, but it falls apart and the final fight is between the two of them.
