Terminator 1....The Tek Noir scene, the police station scene, all cement this as clearly the best use of Arnie in any movie. He also barely talks and his enormous figure works perfectly as a horror villain.

The Terminator. Some of his other movies have better action, story, special effects, etc. But if we're talking "Arnold movie", as in the film that utilized him best as an actor, it's Terminator. It's the reason why it's still his most iconic role and the one people associate with him the most.

I don't know how the answer could be anything but Predator. I'd say Total Recall, Conan, and Terminator 2 all follow closely but when you think of THE Arnold movie, Predator is it.
