i always head how great it was but i never saw it until i was like 25, the story was alright, obviously the musical aspect was top notch. My problem with it, is that is very short and the subplots don't get developed because "muh fun sex,drugs and rock n roll movie".

Grease is a pretty wacky movie, almost to the extent of being a live action cartoon, so I can understand why they’d do it in this case as there’s not a ton of tonal shift
