I admire the dedication it takes to not only remake this thread dozens of times for almost two years but to also do it with unsuspecting and non-forced frequency.

All his schemes are a success.

It is hinted in the show that he falls "ass backwards into money." Given Kramer's character, it's probably safe to assume that he was awarded some huge settlement at one point or hit a lottery jackpot or something. We know he probably didn't inherit the wealth because his mom works in a women's restroom.

I always assumed he was on unemployment and he made extra cash through various schemes.

Good question user I've wondered that myself for a long time and after 2 unemployed years I've reached the answer to the question about Kramer. Here it is:
