I have friends who browse Yea Forums, I wouldn't really associate with someone who was an NPC with whom I couldn't talk about real things with and who I'd have to censor myself significantly around. It's incredibly liberating to be able to talk about anything, make any joke no matter how politically incorrect it is. Redditors who are incapable of this are basically subhuman.

I saw Wonder Woman in theaters with one of these guys. We both laughed out loud at the depiction of the Amazonian women being tough warriors in the beginning of the movie, given that it was so unbelievable. Of course we were the only ones laughing in theater, and it's neat being the only ones to get a good joke.

Another movie we saw in theaters together was Kingsmen 2. When the President in the movie was basically like "yeah let's definitely let all the drug addicts die, that takes care of that problem" we also laughed hysterically even though it wasn't meant as a joke in the film either.
