My recollection is a smell I would describe as “plastic” but I can’t think of anything else to compare it to. Also a note of mildew and high traffic carpet, like a hotel or airport

I have a much stronger sense of what Errol’s Video smelled like. They used oversized cases with foam inside and that foam aroma was very distinct.

I remember going to this exact one with my dad. We'd get one of the $7 favorites movie and sometimes an N64 game. Sometimes we'd get a bag of popcorn and go to Bulk Barn for cheaper candy.
Behind the camera was a Rogers Video store, behind the Blockbuster was a Tim Horton's and a Dixie Lee restaurant further down.
