It does have any humor that is intentionally cringe like the office, but it does have some scenes where you're made to feel uncomfortable by how the people are acting.

Bill Hader basically ripped off Patriot but with acting instead of country music. But at least it didn't jump the shark in the 2nd season like Patriot did.
That being said, I'd be lying if I said i didn't like it.

i got bored of the premise pretty quickly. but Hank was a great character until they affirmed that he's a faggot. totally unnecessary. he worked better as just a polite, slightly incompetent gangster with a feminine voice who gets deadly serious whenever someone is impolite to him.
