I don't see a movie about Bismarck being made, mostly because it would be really difficult to show the audience all the political factors of 19th century Europe that he navigated through. People barely understand politics of their own time, let alone a century and a half ago.
Of all the meme leaders, Charles XII is the one who needs a movie the most. The underlying theme is really easy to understand (get invaded, fight back) and the heroic triumphs and downfall are basically readymade for film
