Has anyone watched this show? It sucks compared to the book.

I am. I am currently waiting for the last two episodes to start

Why is he such a dumb ass

Unfortunately I never got to read the book. What made it better anyway?

Shitty actors convention apart from Davos. He is probably ashamed.

I like foreman more

The book seemed more like a docudrama and far less cheesy. It was really gripping and hard to put down, but this series has a bunch of mediocre actors, it doesn't live up to the potential of the original at all

This cdc guy is looking more like tard by the minute

I guess the director felt he had to dramatice it more for the general audience

This originally started out in the 90s as a big budget thriller directed by Ridley Scott with Jodie Foster in the lead, but Outbreak beat them to the punch and it ended up getting shelved.

Outbreak was a pretty good thriller as I recall. This whole production seems pretty botched but I think you could say that for most of Scott's movies in recent years.

I still remember the forest scene with that monkey and the girl

I knew they would get spotted

>21 days locked in a room
That's a light sprint for a janny

Why wouldn't you use the same battery system for all the air suits?

good point

>300 monkeys
I honestly would just gas them

I probably would have waited for the guy to kick the bucket before setting him on fire. But ir would have made things worse

Well that was one of the worst series I've seen in a long time.

I am confused on the action packed trailer.
It’s been a long time since I’ve read the book, but wasn’t the only human victims being to Marburg Virus and the entire chunk of the plot just about a close call with lab monkeys who tested positive for reston strain, a very very close cousin if ebola, but didn’t jump to humans?
The trailer made it seem like an actual outbreak happened....did they write in an actual outbreak?

$$_$$
O

It's nothing like the book. They don't have an outbreak in the tv series, but they flirt with some characters 'almost' getting ebola. It's terrible.
