Sick of the movie threads. One rule: You are not allowed to criticize without making your own list first. I'll start in no particular order
>Boardwalk empire
>Lost
>Breaking Bad
>Life on Mars (UK)
>Game of Thrones unironically

Rome
The Young Pope
Black Sails
Wolf Hall
Hannibal
The Sopranos
>>power gape
Breaking Bad
The Wire
Generation Kill
Hannibal (the s2 finale still sticks with me)
I'd put Boardcock on the list but they fucked up by killing off Jimmy.
I am OP and I'm changing game of thrones for Young Pope. Can't believe I forgot that, based taste

No particular order:
The Leftovers
CYE
Golden age Simpsons
30 Rock
Mad Men
If golden age Simpsons doesn't count since it's only 7-8 seasons of a show with, I don't know, 3919 seasons in total doesn't count, then I substitute it with Band of Brothers or Rome, can't decide.
>Fargo
>Sopranos
>Rome
>Gomorra
>Utopia
Utopia
Mad Men
Black Sails
The Leftovers
Malcolm in the Middle
Hannibal
Also it's not in my top 5 but Life on Mars is based and underrated as fuck, good taste.
Hard to say what the top 5 is but I'll give it a shot.
>Deadwood
>True Detective (Season 1)
>Fargo
If mini-series count
>Band of Brothers
>Generation Kill
Honorable 5 Mentions
>The Office (American. Pls no bully)
>Rome
>Black Sails
>Six Feet Under
>Boardwalk Empire
Since it's Top 5 I say the thing that weighs in the most is how many times I've re-watched each show.
Definitely seen BoB the most, then Deadwood, then Fargo (Or maybe Rome, Fargo is pretty new, but still)
No one has mentioned Wiseguy. I think the kikes have tried to hide it, since they all ripped it off.
>CBS
Gonna go out on a limb and say that this show is garbage.
It's has a bit of 80's corn, but it's not bad, and I have pretty high standards. Sopranos & The Wire, among others, ripped it off hard.
Generation Kill
Ultimate Force
The Unit
Chernobyl
The 100 - My guilty pleasure
Mad Men
The Terror
True Detective Season 1
Seinfeld
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Top 5 huh? Kinda hard, since I've always been more of a series guy than a movie guy, but I'll try.
Twin Peaks
Deadwood
Rectify
Breaking Bad
The Knick
Why is Boardwalk so overlooked brehs?
Jimmyfags, a rushed final season, HBO shitting on it and the notion that it's Sopranos but dumbed down. Eh, it works for me, Plebs aren't aware of it.
I stopped watching at the start of season 4.
After Jimmy died it lost a lot of steam for me, and a lot of side plots (the irish guy, the lady's hospital) felt like they were wasting my time.
True Detective
Band of Brothers
Generation Kill

I never understood comparisons to the Sopranos beyond the surface level
That surface level is enough for most people. It's about Mobs, it's more stylish/action-y so it's automatically "Sopranos but dumbed down" for some.
I know 1 (ONE!) other person in my life that has seen it, and he only made it to season 3.
To be fair he liked it, but got two kids it quick succesion during its airing, so didn't prioritize watching TV.
Sopranos
Rome
Band of Brothers
Seinfeld
X-Files even if it falls completely apart at the end
>Twlight zone (60s)
>space ghost coast to coast

i watched this recently. had its ups and downs but they had some incredible guest stars. my favorite arc was the garment district wars with ron silver and jerry lewis. shame ken wahl was out for a good bit of that season.
Deadwood
The Wire
Rome
Boardwalk Empire
Deep Space Nine
X files
Rome
no idea about 3 more
were season 4 or 5 worth watching? I stopped after eddie committed suicide since he was the best character
the wire
true detective (s1)

quarry
You stopped at the right time
is quarry really that good?
>boardwalk empire
Deadwood
Mad Men
Sopranos
Breaking Bad
The Wire
i enjoyed it a lot, fuck cinemax for not getting a second season
Do miniseries count for these lists? If so for me it’s:
Twin Peaks
Band of Brothers
The Wire
Sopranos
True Detective
If not I’d replace BoB for Carnivale.
>Mad Men
>The Sopranos
>The Leftovers
>Twin Peaks
>Breaking Bad
LOST might dethrone Breaking Bad once I do another rewatch though. Gotta see if it truly holds up.
it wasn't incredible but it was solid and promising and we only got the one season. it and utopia are the two prematurely cancelled series that Yea Forums will always mourn.
The Last Airbender
Arrested Development
Spongebob Squarepants
Band Of Brothers
ST: TOS
Justified
Sopranos
Boardwalk Empire
Chappelle Show
movies>series, every time
The Wire
Mad Men
Sapranos
Bosch
West Wing
Bonus mini series: Band Of Brothers
Agreed, it was solid. HBO is in a downward spiral both obviously but also I have a friend who works there and they are having real issues.
Twin Peaks
Deadwood
Mad Men
Poirot (mainly early series)

the state of this cuck
thanks friend. I actually had a hard time thinking about a fifth series, and was going through a handful of different shows in my mind, but nothing can really capture what L O S T offered to me. such a great show, and keeping up with all of the insane theories for years on Yea Forums was one of the best experiences i've ever had on this board.
