Movie Credits

So what are the most kino movie credits:

The ones where text scrolls up?
The ones where text scrolls down?
The ones where the text is unmoving on the screen and fades to the next one?
Animated credits?
Or the ones they do on TV shows at the bottom of the screen so they can keep the episode going without giving up precious advertising time?

>what are you still doing? Sitting there in the dark? Go home!
Or any variation of that

what movie are those credits from?

Take your meds you fucking autist

The ones where it keeps cutting in clips during the credit roll, e.g. Dawn the Dead.

Fight Club’s end credits are really good because it’s quick and short and goes with the theme of the movie.

Lord of the Rings trilogy has nice end credits because of the art and music.

Best credits are still in Spaghetti Westerns and other Italian/European cinema where they did it at the start of the movie like a table of contents.

I'll eat my meds if your mum sticks them up her gash!

Credits rolling before the movie starts is the best way very 50's feel to it

I'll never understand the logic behind that.
I'd guess it was because once the movie was over everyone would leave the theatre and producers gave a shit about their employees once upon a time.

It does make it feel like an older film style, I'd guess it's fallen out of favour because movie credits are now so long.

Se7en because it goes the other way lul

The ones with outtakes

my favorite credits of all time is End of Evangelion.
The credits roll in the middle of the movie. Then when it resumes again the movie takes a completely different turn, starts getting more and more abstract, breaking the 4th wall, cutting to an audience in a theater. then the final scene of the film plays. and it smash cuts to white. lights in the theater are up immediately. the credits dont roll again, you already saw them. All so the movie can end in an instant.

>scrolls down
What? I have never seen this

Se7en and I think Scream also did it.

The logic is that the cast and crew are an important part of the making of the movie and should be considered as such by placing them front and centre of the movie and introducing your audience to them. It is similar to theatre pamphlets and billings. It is about respecting the work they did. That added level of respect heightens the maturity of the movie.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2

Ones that dont use a black background

With how long Stingers are getting, we're almost back to that spot.
Soon there will be credits in the middle of a movie.

every movie should end with the tony hawk pro skater 3d models doing tricks n shit

All weebs must hang

I can see that happening.
Some TV shows in Australia have just got "FOR THE CREDITS CHECK OUT 'theshow.com/credits"

That is the worst.

Jackass films had the best end credits. Pure unadulterated honesty.

they scrolled up in scream
