It will likely be good. But I am afraid the story will ignore important plot points from the previous movies that will just be brushed off (like Vanellope going turbo in Wreck it Ralph 2).

1: Why have Bo Peep do action when she is made of porcelain? Will they address that somehow?
2: We already have one established female character, Jessie. Why is she ignored? She is not even on the fucking poster.

They point is to do away with the feminine stereotype to show them in a powerful light. The sad bit is they only interpret that in a masculine sense. Feminine/motherly strength is entirely forgotten.
