I wish i could tell you its easy, but its not. Ive been lifting weights nearly every day for 9 months with a heavy emphasis on chest twice a week and while my chest is barely starting to shape up, theres still a good amount of fat on them that im trying to shake. Its not that easy user but taking the fit pill has helped me in a lot of ways so its worth it.

Diets good. I only eat around 1600 calories or less which is half of what i used to eat. Also quit drinking alcohol which has been a huge difference

Not if you have nothing else in your life that gives you regular doses of dopamine. That's what makes it so hard for me, I haven't had a girlfriend in a few years now and I never see my friends, so food is my main source of dopamine. All I do is work day to day then come home and do chores and shit, and hopefully have some time to relax in front of the TV. Food is pretty much the only thing I have to look forward to in the short term.
You can lose weight without cardio no problem but don't ignore the benefits it gives you.

Fasting is not a meme. I really think it boosts my t levels. I always have great workouts during a fast usually up to the 3rd day, then i do feel the need to refuel. But fasting definitely works for me.

I had a similar problem although I haven't let it get this bad. Eat less (volume), drink more water. Do exercises that strengthen the core. Not just sit-ups and planks, but push-ups and pull-ups. Going a day or two without eating every week can help, but's it's imperative you do it right. DON'T give into the binge urge at the end of your fast. A good way to more easily accomplish this is to fap all day on a weekend. It keeps your mind off the hunger while you do it, and helps you fall asleep afterward instead of binge.
Weight lifting isn't good for burning fat, but building muscle. Long duration aerobics and dieting are the key. Also, muscle growth is most effectively achieved by pushing your body to its limit in a short period of time, rather than doing a reasonable number of reps over an extended time. If you want to build muscle quickly, you should always be trying to lift just a little more weight than you think you can. If you're not noticeably sore for at least two days afterwards, you're not trying hard enough.

it's crazy how much you need to eat just to build muscle. i upped my calories because i thought i was eating enough with just a few meals here and there, but i saw a noticeable increase in gains in just 2 months

This is how people get burnt out and quit within a week. A change in diet is enough to lose weight, and lifting every other day is enough, starting out slow and gradually adding sets and more weight until you do around 8 - 10 sets per session.
I started out the exact same way following some tryhard advice and failed. Then I started doing things at my own pace and am now 155 lbs at 9% body fat.

Well, no. I (used to, less so these days) fap all day because I wanted to fap all day. I've just noticed that it helps me avoid meals substantially more than any deliberate dieting. Plus it burns calories and strengthens my thighs.
I might be an extreme case though. I've literally hurt myself doing it, and not even my dick, but like my hands and throat (by breathing too hard for too long). I considered attempting the world record at one point, but I think I'm too old now.
