A guy attempted to mug me at knifepoint a few years ago. He simply said "Wallet and phone, now." while discreetly brandishing the knife.
I told him "No." and he brandished the knife more brazenly and said "Are you stupid? I will fuck you up" and made threatening gestures with the knife.
I told him "I don't care." and he looked visibly confused for a few seconds before putting the knife in his coat and briskly walking away.
I wasn't even suicidal, I was just having a really bad day.
