You know now that I'm thinking about it, it really doesn't seem possible to willingly get them on the ships. Africans are super territorial, and purposely live in the same place because its where their elders are even though they wouldn't have to walk 3 miles a day for water if they just moved near the water. So if they won't move even for the most important thing on this planet, why would they get on a strange man's giant wood mechanism?
