If the people who support this scene were ever given political power, the result would be widespread injustice and tyrrany.

While they deleted the scene for the reasons OP and many others have said, I do think it's concerning how they thought this was a good scene to write and shoot in the first place. It suggests they thought this scene actually had merit, that it actually had a reason to belong in the movie... Until they watched it and let critics voice their concerns. You have no argument. It's a deleted scene. You're listing things wrong with it from a moral standpoint using crimes as grounds for reasons why this scene is bad. Except it's deleted. Maybe they only shot it to appease Brie and then deleted it in post.
