Hercules: The Legendary Journies and Xena: Warrior Princess are both fun shows to watch. They're both about Greek mythology and Mediterranean fantasy.

They are campy and from the 90's, but if you can get by that element, they're great to watch in your spare time.

American Gods season 1 was really good but theyre fucking up in season 2
I liked the highlander series but its really campy. The 90s were fuckin gay. But still not as bad as the new millenium.
Not really fantasy but last kingdom may scratch your GoT itch.
Todd vs the book of pure evil is kinda fun.

season 2 ended strong last couple eps were really good, so were the first couple, that shit in the middle was pure shit tho

i liked the movie serenity but that the show firefly was stupid.
if you're really bored you should check them both out but i think you're supposed to watch the show first

Thnx for the suggestions all, I'm going to start with some of the 90s stuff first. Worst case it'll be fun to see all the super gay costumes.

After i watched season 1 I read the book. They do some interesting divergent things. I feel a lot of it is just bullshit filler to keep the show running though. Im looking forward to seeing how they end it. I havent watched further than the episode with baron samedi.

That’s a tall order, it’s mostly garbage. If you want fantasy series anime is the only way to go.
