I honestly think the series is underrated, especially now. Cynics write it off as trite nonsense and normies don't appreciate how creative and well-written it is. While the humour is often broad, there's a lot of genuinely sharp wit, and it's amazing how many novel situations they managed to pull out of the bag for such a well-worn format. The concept of a pure ensemble comedy was unique and was never again replicated with the same kind of chemistry or talent, despite many imitators. Damn good show.

Yeah it’s very well made. There’s no other show with such broad appeal that manages to be that funny.
All the generic CBS Chuck Lorre comedies designed for anyone aren’t nearly as funny as Friends was. And shows like Community that were probably funnier in their prime didn’t have the same broad appeal.
It’s annoying when people try to go back and say dumb shit “X was actually a terrible person!”. It’s on the level of coma dream/mental breakdown fan theories.
