How come they didn't use the word Allah in the remake?

The first movie has references to Allah in passing and it was also a children’s movie.

This was also before 9/11 and political correctness has evolved. Lefties thrown shit fits if you mention Christ and Sean Hannity throws a fit if you say Allah. So now all Disney movies with exception of Big Hero 6 which has a Shinto Christian blend from the funeral scene.

Because the movie takes place before the formation of Islam. Before 400 AD and the rapid spread of the caliphate, the Mediterranean and Arabian areas had actual culture.
