GRRM needs to find a way to make Ned's Bastard Edric, Ashara, and Dawn (Azor Ahai Prophecied Sword) become relevant to the story again, hard to do when Ned is dead.

I think only the Frey are loyal, maybe some other smaller house? The ghost of Winterfell (not Theon, whoever is murdering people) will kill Roose at the right moment and the entire alliance will fall upon itself when Ramsay is on charge. I'd really like him to die to Stannis directly.
