Ludicrous body counts in TV shows

>TFW you live in a town of less than 16,000 people and commit 43 murders in 7 years without being imprisoned for it
I know it’s the white trash Game of Thrones, but come on, man.

It's white trash Hamlet.

Otherwise, yeah, apparently the ATF, DEA, DHS, ETC don't exist in this world where you can just drop a grenade in an ice cream shop.

>known criminal goes on a killing spree, killing in broad daylight and is obviously armed
>partake in a slow speed chase with him instead of running his ass off the road

damn he wouldve made a better geralt than cavil. then again anyone would be better than cavil

Mindsomer murders is supposed to be set in a small english county and all the murders take place in small villages but it has a murder rate akin to a deprived central american city there’s 20 seasons worth of episodes with multiple murders

That’s pretty fucking funny.

>206 direct and indirect kills shown
>207 including self-pwn
>fuck only knows how many more due to meth related violence
Why do wh*tes enjoy being portrayed as hyper violent multiple murderers?

Fuck you it was a good show. It went to shit later seasons though. But early on this shit was kino as fuck.

also ofcourse you dont go to jail when you control the fucking police and have a town willing to lie and cover shit up for you.

Look into the soulless eyes of a wh*te woman that not only killed 264 people but managed to frame someone else for every single murder.
You’d think that around a hundred forty murders or so the cops would wonder why people keep dying near this bitch.

Shouldn’t you be jerking off to Duck Dynasty, Cletus?

the airplane deaths were not his fault. ffs the guy could have taken a sick day

That’s why I used the term ‘indirect’.
Did you not graduate high school or something? Maybe you’re a little retarded?

"indirect" would be the prison hits, where walt actually played an instrumental, or even logically connected, role in them. the airplane crashes could have just as easily been caused if she got into a car accident or if walt wasn't in the fucking room.

It was not a good show. It was laughable. My cousins are bikers, I've been around those scumbags my whole life, and that dumb ass show is nothing like reality. It's a fucking soap opera on motorcycles.
And they don't sell drugs? One of the most ridiculous parts of it of all.

Dream Team was a series set in the UK in the late 90s/early 00s about a fictional premier league football team and was notorious for, aside from outlandish plots in general, killing off almost the entire squad at the end of every season to make way for a new squad and characters

there must have been every form of transport disaster imaginable throughout the show's run

Its not supposed to be reality.
Its supposed to be an entertaining show,

its basically fantasy

Cope harder. It was a shit show.

But she wasn’t involved in those things.
Walt made a conscious decision to let her die, and her death was the trigger for the plane collision. Just because he couldn’t anticipate the outcome doesn’t absolve him of culpability.
Let me put it a different way. You see an injured person on a highway. You decide not to pull them off the highway and out of traffic. A car swerved to miss them, clips a bus, and the bus goes through a child care centre, killing a hundred people. Are you in no way responsible?

She didn't kill people. Her vagina was just haunted and murder went where she went.

that "example" isn't even close. her dad should have taken off work. its like if you witness a mugging and then buy a gun to protect yourself and end up shooting yourself in the face by accident. should they arrest the mugger for murder too?

Sounds more like a Nightmare Team

>multiples instances of gangs having shootouts with automatic weapons in the middle of the city in broad daylight

>Jax fires a few shots at a highway patrolman

There was a Canadian biker called Yves Trudeau that got 43 kills over 12 years, but he went to prison, and did nine or ten years for it. Because apparently if you sentence someone to more than a couple of months per murder, they win.

Justified

Strike Back
OZ

He’d already taken time off and needed to go back to work. Go watch the show again.

Yeah I've always joked I would love to see Midsomer's crime statistics, shit is wicked

then he needed to take more
or get on some medication
or change jobs
none of that causally connects the accident to walt

>it’s the Dads fault because grief made him make a mistake
>it’s not Walter’s fault because all he did was Let her die and do nothing
I pray you never have to take take an ethics class to graduate from high school because you’re a straight up fucken idiot.

>Mt Thomas
>A tiny rural community in the middle of bumfuck Victoria, Australia an hour away from a larger town

>police presence remains at about 6 people for a decade.

Conquerors my welfare queen
Conquerors

>strike back
>average 26 deaths per show
That’s what happens when your main character is an Aussie superchad.

>Longmire
Comfy show but way too many murders for a rural Wyoming county.

>Jax decides that the way to keep his sons from being bikers isn't to explain to them that it's a bad idea and show them a different example but rather to die mysteriously

OP here, lived in Bendigo for almost ten years, sorry to report that’s actually pretty accurate.
Could be worse though, could be in SA.

>what are intervening causes?
walt is to blame for the daughter dying. he isn't to blame for every single thing that happens in the universe afterward. maybe you should blame walt's former business partners for buying him out for the plane crash. after all, walt wouldn't have been depressed his entire life and he wouldn't have built a meth empire, and then jesse never would have met the girl in the first place. dipshit.

Once again, you put an Aussie gigachad in a show and the only thing that drops faster than the bodies is the panties.

>kill thousands at every concert

Attached: Dethklok.jpg (1920x1080, 239K)

Most people would argue that there’s a moral responsibility to save a life where possible, hence the ethical division between active and passive euthanasia.
Walt’s failure to prevent loss of life makes him directly responsible for her death, and indirectly responsible for the deaths resulting from that. I genuinely don’t understand why you’re struggling with the concept.

We’re trying to stick to non-parodies here man, as much as I fucking love the Klok.

IT WAS LITERALLY A FUCKING TV SHOW YOU INEPT FUCK. The prime aim was to entertain, not present reality

Justified is a western set in modern times, its not meant to be a "realistic" cop show like the Wire, Southland or the Shield.
OZ always makes me kek when they threaten to send inmates back to genpop, because its much more dangerous.

So was it a drama, a parody or a satire?

Attached: Screenshot_20190527-081920_Chrome.jpg (1070x977, 322K)

wasn't that what Hot Fuzz was basically satirizing?

he has no responsibility for the plane deaths because they did not result from his failure to prevent jane's death. you're begging the question by assuming the thing you're trying to prove.

im sorry, let me go bathe in grounded charcoal, and allow me enough time to take a shit, so i can start flinging it.

cool thanks

Drama with a tad of exaggeration.

>SoA season 3
>ride into this world...

He has no direct responsibility, yes. But he does bear an indirect responsibility.

>As the show developed, the storylines became more and more extravagant, with the character death toll rising significantly in later series. [1] Some of the most outlandish storylines included a striker being shot by a sniper after winning the FA Cup, a fan being brought onto the pitch to play during a game, and later becoming a Premier League star, and a goalkeeper in gambling debt holding the entire team hostage before being killed by SWAT team.
fucking based

>It's white trash Hamlet.
the first season only. after that it was just white trash. by the last few seasons they dispensed with the white part as well.

WHO THE FUCK WAS SAM CROW?

>Murder she wrote

It was there all along, damn you people! Damn n\you to hell!

Nice!

this show made me hate white "people"

no, it really wasn't
the first season (maybe the second one) were kind of interesting considering the setting wasn't done to death in other shows
but it all went completely downhill starting with season 3 and the small biker becoming international by travelling to Ireland to rescue children, then in seaon 4 they started working with the CIA to fight mexican cartels

raylan ends up killing like over 20 people on justified and never did paperwork for it

>ay yo T.O. we gotta do a drive up shooting

name one court of law in a first world country that would hold walt responsible for the plane crash

he doesn't. you haven't demonstrated why or how.

Because unlike nogs, we can get away with killing. This means that while we don't kill as many people, our individual killers tend to be more prolific.
I mean, shit, one tiny Island of ours curbstomped half the planet for a century.

let me ask you this: you run a red light and strike another motorist, and they have to go to the hospital for a simple surgery. while in the hospital, the surgeon performing the operation negligently leaves gauze inside the patient and closes them up. the gauze causes an infection which later causes the patient to die. are you legally responsible for the person's death? you are

read your post again, maybe one more time after that, and realise what an absurdly retarded example you just posted. even a food analogy would’ve better than that.
>steal someones phone
>they get upsetti
>they go an shoot up a place
>who was really responsible here? isn’t it obvious ;)
this is how you sound

Pigs always go fucking nuts when it's a "cop-killer" they're looking for. Just look at Dorner and how they burnt him alive on purpose, and shot little asian ladies, and got away with it.

he strikes again

Dude just kill the priests and some of the followers of a religion that is conquering the masses of the city that already hates you, including nobility, and suffer no consequence from it at all

>partake in a slow speed chase with him instead of running his ass off the road
>I have no idea how actual law enforcement operates
Were he in a car sure, but a bike nah. Cops are not allowed to pit people pn bikes lest the cause a fatality not only to the driver but other civilians

I actually got all the way to the Ireland season, (S3 or 4?).
That one tested me too far and I quit.
Then I saw the webm of the ultimate finale.
Please anyone who has it, please please post it.

But Justified shows Raylan getting reviewed every time he even gets into a stand-off situation, and Boyd and his crew mostly kill hillbilly criminals without witnesses and dump them in one of a million mineshafts.

>
courts have ruled that medical malpractice falls within reasonable forseeability as to the negligent motorist. they are jointly and severally liable for the injury along with the surgeon.

is longmire worth watching
thought about it once a year or two ago and then never downloaded it

Justified's issue were never the violence. It was how bad the fucked up KY from a locals perspective.
>first episode
>Boyd blows up the church
>gets a phone call
>where are you?
>I'm on 75
>75 is an interstate and it shows Boyd in some bumfuck back road next to a pond
at least they got Harlan right

I remember Raylans only reviews were in the first few episodes, then he just murks people left and right

He's riding his motorbike away from a convoy of police and he veers into an oncoming truck.
But there are are few funny details including obscenely bad cgi.

youtu.be/UKXFJIB3YQM

So this is why white is pure salt’s natural colour.

He’s the guy that the crow eaters used to suck off, duh.

Does Walter White bear any moral responsibility for the people who died or suffered as a result of selling or using his product?

He only gets shit for the first kill in Miami, he gets more trouble from his relationship with Eva and his dad. Even in season 1 he kills 10 people, plus the Boyd shooting. Most are in the big finale shootout though.

youtube.com/watch?v=Xyfl8NusuFs

Cops are 100% allowed to shoot people who are running away from them if they feel that person is still a threat to public safety and theres no reason for them to think Jax wasn't since as I stated he had just gotten done gunning people down in the streets. Seems it was you who has no idea how law enforcement works my little user.

yes.

yes because he is intentionally creating a product with high potential to harm and to have the means of it distributed. you can even say he is responsible for jane’s death. but to say he is responsible for her father crashing 2 planes is ridiculous

What part of ‘indirectly responsible’ is failing to penetrate that soggy cottage cheese you call your brain?

Every motherfucker in this show would talk and act the way a 16 year old who is repeating 8th grade for the 3rd time thinks tough guys talk and act, it was fucking insufferable.

Probably accurate, though. I imagine most bikers in gangs are borderline fucking retards with forced affectations, emulating shit they saw in movies. Hard to fault with that in mind.

There really should have been some major consequences from this. Cersei committed the biggest terrorist attack im the history of Westeros and barely anyone seems to even care.

If he would have cautioned his dealers "don't sell to whites or children " then no .

Directly responsible: took an action (or failed to take an action) that resulted in the foreseeable likelihood of someone dying.
Indirectly responsible: took an action (or failed to take an action) that resulted in the unforseeable death of someone.
It’s really not that hard.

you’re either responsible or not responsible fag. stop trying to throw out buzzwords.

Are you in favour of abolishing manslaughter as a criminaI charge and having murder replace it?
There is a legal and ethical division between direct and indirect culpability for a reason, you smoothbrain.

I think you mean ‘if he had have’.

he's indirectly responsible for the meth overdoses caused by his product
he's not responsible whatsoever for the plane crash. what part of that remains incomprehensible to you?

>Chile or Latvia
What the fuck? Chile is a latin shithole, but Latvia is a fine upstanding Baltic country. They're prone to suicides and producing tinned fish, but that's about it really.

>that dumb ass show is nothing like reality
What's your point? Why does it matter?

Never even watched this show, heard it went to shit in the later seasons so not really that interested in starting either.

On the other end of the spectrum: the A-Team. Millions of rounds fired in anger, no deaths.

>What the fuck? Is my distorted view of the world not statistical?!

wrong
american cops mow down suspects even on foot if theyre a threat

Step aside, children

Attached: be57d1012295344c.jpg (1160x652, 161K)

>he had just gotten done gunning people down in the streets.
wait... i thought this is just normal behaviour in the usa

car swerve driver because he drived too fast to stop in time.

>a fine upstanding Baltic country
this joke is so ridiculous it's not even funny

Only for the cops. Jax was too caught up in stopping blowback from the black and brown when he should have thought about stopping blowback from the biggest US gang, blue.

Highlander series. For a secret race of immortals, approximately half the population of Paris are immortal and the streets are littered with headless corpses.

Chile is the most 1st world country in Latin America by most metrics

Boyd’s dad lynching all his Boyd’s followers in season one is really the only egregious example

Doesn’t Walt’s mother bear indirect responsibility since she gave birth to him?

how do you go from this...
to this

Posting from a Rez. It's absolutely believable this place is a nightmare.

Reminder:
>Walter White did nothing wrong

>Posting from a Rez
I legitimately feel sorry for you.

Longmire takes place on a rez? I've been wondering why there's no show taking place on one. With all the comics getting shows I've even been hoping they'd make an adaptation of Scalped.

>son can't walk
>buy him a race car

it's super comfy

The show is hilarious

That would be great, Scalped is good stuff.
100 Bullets, too.

Kurt Sutter only wrote a few of the Shield episodes, and his shit ideas were constantly getting shot down, he wanted to make Dutch into a serial killer.
