I bought a bunch of (mostly) anime figures and got this with it. A old boxed figure with a VHS for I think some 90's Japanese show called "Mini-Skirt Police".
There is also a small cut piece of pantyhose, and a series of photos of the girl wearing and removing a pair of pantyhose. I think these may be related.
I'm PAL so I can't watch the tape.
