No.
They are heavily based off Brittish Empire, with Imperial Japanese disciplines/naval uniforms. German Stormtrooper references of course, but the Empire in Star Wars is sort of a mish mash of all different sorts of Imperial armies from history.
Only Nu-Wars was brain dead enough to just make them straight up Nazi clones.
