Now spoonfeed me.

pick one

Oh sweet, A24. My favorite raunchy comedy from the eh.. decade that movie came out.

Movie is under the silver lake and it is absolutely hands down dog shit

No this is A24, different movie.

A24 dumped it to VOD cuz it was too anti jew, you dumb nigger

the songwriter scene was incredible

they released it as a twitch saved video?

Who was the owl?

Michael Peterson

>video on demand is for twitch
ZOOMER
FUCKING
SHITS

except for that scene I feel like the first 15 minutes really let the rest of the movie down. the phone conversations from mum were really cringe and the humor felt really off.

then after OP girl goes missing it becomes a completely different film.

Is LA as shit as this movie portrays it?

most of LA is much worse. this movie is all set in actual Hollywood.

L.A. is like Rome in 500 AD. There are still nice buildings and the elite are still Roman, but everywhere else is slathered in foreign barbarians (hispanics)

Yeah. It’s gross and scummy and the air reeks of heavy desperation

utterly based FPBP

were you expecting to be taken seriously with your gayass critic scores? Get the fuck out of here.

it's definitely better than its reviews, but it's not a masterpiece. I'd give it a 7/10 overall.

what compels a man to do this?

a sense of humor

Andrew Garfield makes Hacksaw Ridge with Mel Gibson, then Silence, then this movie.
Holy fucking based

I still don't know how I feel about this movie. It's like Big Lebowski as made by Brian De Palma, and I don't know if I like that it has that conspicuously directed mix of stylishness voyeuristic stoner noir, or if I like the movie. Did I love it? Or did I just appreciate it so much?

Side note, does anybody else have trouble recognizing Riley Keough? I saw this not long after House That Jack Built, and I didn't figure it out until the credits, and even though I know she was in Logan Lucky and Fury Road, I still never have a clue it's her.

it's worse, much worse

The big Lebowski comparison is quite apt, in a way.

>being a reviewcuck

It's like Big Lebowski as made by Brian De Palma and written by Lynch.
ftfy

it's mostly ripping of David Lynch, particularly Blue Velvet (the soundtrack) and Mulholland Dr. the innovation is that the movie doesn't take any of the characters seriously.

Nah. De Palma is a better fit, with his genre stuff, and the voyeurism, and the erotic thriller Hitchcock pastiche.
