There's a lot more to things than on-screen killing. The 'main' girl tripping her mind out, hearing the little boy losing it, then it being too much for her and she moves on was one of the most disturbing things I have seen in a while. You could really feel the pain and if you have experience with lsd you can only imagine how hard the boy screaming must have hit her. It was an extremely emotional and horrific scene. Far worse than any of the violence.
