I cancelled mine last month. Haven't missed it at all.
I still have HULU and Prime.
Why haven't you dropped jewflix?
You still have netflix?
name one (1) thing worth watching on Hulu
Because netflix is the only service that doesn't try and show me 3 ads for shows I don't want to watch before I get to the show I do want to watch.
cancelled it and got plex instead
I forgot to.
I have hulu(no commercials, hbo, sho), prime video, dazn, Netflix, fubo soccer
No ads on it.
No marvel, no subscription.

I keep it for family reasons but I barely use it anymore. UK selection isn't good
Condor
It's kino and the best show to run in the background that exists.
Cancelled HBO now that GoT is over. Going to cancel Netflix after I see the last season of Stranger Things this summer. Haven't watched anything on Netflix in months. Not a single good original show or movie in over 2 years now. Hulu is trash, Showtime has nothing, Amazon Prime is loaded with garbage but at least it comes with the Prime I use anyway. Only sub I'm keeping is Shudder for Joe Bob Briggs. Streaming is dead. Piracy will rise from the grave.
Outlaw King is great. Highwaymen too. If you're into slow-burn horror, I'd also recommend Apostle.
>Why haven't you dropped jewflix?
Because I never had it in first place. Pirate everything, you cunt.
>Piracy will rise from the grave
How did it even die? The choice was between paying for something with a limited selection, or an unlimited selection for >free.
It's just like when someone gives you gift cards instead of money. Why limit where I can spend $25? Just give me $25 cash and I'll spend it wherever I fucking want.
Dropped mine like a year ago. I subscribed to the Criterion Channel, but their player needs a lot of fucking work. I can't play it on my TV since there's no Playstation app for it and the browser doesn't support it. I can't even watch on my good monitor on my PC because it's a G-Sync and for some reason Criterion Channel doesn't let you use them. I just wanna watch some kino.
Because people are dumbly scared of piracy, to the point of being superstitious about it. People think it's much easier to go and pay money than use torrents, direct downloads or streams for some dumb reason. Add to their ignorance the fact that having Netflix was cool and a meme, and you have the perfect way to get NPCs to get suscriptions. There's also the guilt of every moralfag who wants to give their money away to disgustingly rich companies to feel happy, like a well trained consumerist dog.
Also, piracy never died. At its worst it'll be kept alive by russians and hispanics no matter what.
People generally don't mind paying for something as long as it's inexpensive and more convenient than pirating. But Netflix is just getting more expensive while simultaneously offering more and more garbage to the service.
I only get it 2 or 3 months of the year, usually around Christmas time. When TLK season 4 is out might sign back up.
>HULU and Prime
>paid streaming service
>still have to watch advertisements

More like:
Hmm, I want to watch X movie. Okay I can:
A. find a torrent, wait between 20 minutes to an hour for it to download.
B. Watch a janky stream with popups and low quality
C. Buy an old DVD and wait 3 days for it to arrive.
D. Find it on jewflix and watch it immediatly with decent quality.
For me it was a no-brainer. The cost of jewflix was literally what I make in about 5 minutes of work. It was nothing to me.
I cancelled it though because I realized I hadn't watched anything on it in over 3 months.
The act
I cancelled it months ago
I'll probably subscribe to Disney+ tho
How much are they paying you?
Dark Crystal show is coming out soon.
I don't pirate many movies myself but that's still dumb. Last time I watched anything was an HD movie streamed, great quality and no buffering. No pop ups either, adblock or ublock take care of them and you can (and should) use both.
If being lazy is the thing that makes the difference, fair enough. Though you can fin decent streams with a google search
>wagecucks paying so I can pirate shit for free
It was just easy and convenient to pay for Netflix and have a selection of stuff to watch. But now Netflix has nothing but garbage originals so piracy is the better option again. Same thing is happening with gaming on PC now. Steam was easier than pirating and safer and had cheap sales. But now Epic Game Store is buying up exclusives and jacking up prices so everyone is going back to piracy again. I don't want to choose between multiple shitty streaming services or gaming stores.
This. Kodi is also good if you setup a DLNA server.
I need to finish madmen, after that i will cancel it
>reruns for smallville
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
fucking idiot
Piracy is risky and inconvenient. You can get viruses, malware, cryptominers or PUP and there's also the risk of not getting what you think. Also, you have to jump through hoops to find content abd pirate sites are usually loaded with ads.And finally, you will depend on torrents, which are throttled by ISPs and depend on seeders,so there's the chance of your download being stuck.
For most people the (then) low price and convenience made streaming a good choice.
>2019
>not running a remotely hosted 170TB automated Plex server
retards
Imagine being this retarded at pirating
When Netflix launched it had every show you could ever watch. People dumped there cable subs and switched to Netflix believe it or not. So piracy wasn't popular anymore. But now that these services suck and tariffs/economy is getting more and more expensive your going to see people start pirating like the Napster days. What will happen is legal challenges will develop which into copyright laws being overturned in cases of redistribution since piracy isn't theft. Most copyright holders avoid courts since for the past decades they've been getting there assess handed to them. So now torrenting won't get your isp sending you C&D letters and Hollywood will now have to pander to you instead of fags.
theres no good cloud hosting for plex anymore since amazon limited their cloud space. now if you want anything thats even over a TB you're paying more than you would for netlfix, hulu, and prime per month.
>Viruses
Just use Linux to torrent.
>Subbing to Criterion when you can download all of there half a century old folks for free.
Ultra Seedbox + Unlimited Google Drive filled with media mounted via rclone costs me $15 a month to host 170TB of movies and tv shows
What if my movie isn't on Jewflix? Also DVD films are the best quality films.
I cancelled mine like 9 months ago. Never watched anything on it. Almost all their originals were boring
>muh jewflix
which is funny because netflix isn't owned by jews but hulu is
I'm interested in shudder but they don't yet have a smart tv or ps4 app
t. Butthurt movie producer
Why cloud host? Just setup a Plex server running off external HDDs.
This is the correct answer for home use
I only cloud host because I have a lot of people using my server from all over the world and my home internet connection probably wouldn't be great for remote connections.
>calling it jewflix
>still has hulu and prime
ok whatever.

I only use the Criterion Channel and pirate whatever it doesn't have. But I can understand paying $14 a month to watch the dozens of Chuck Lorre clones available on Netflix.
But you can pirate all of those.
I still have the haunting of hill house, Lucifer, Mindhunter and stranger things, meanwhile my mom watches her Korean shows and my nephews watch whatever they watch.
true you can but ive never liked dling tv shows i only dl movies
>Fox content soon to be removed by disney
disney own fox and all fox content is staying on hulu its not being moved over to disney+ that is only for PG things
Netflix does have a large library of subtitled foreign films and television shows that most streaming services don't have. I'll give it that.
Why?
idk just something i dont really care to do i have dled a few complete shows in the past i also dont really watch many newer shows so its harder to find links for episodes to DL because i dont torrent and the few shows i still do watch like vikings are on hulu and i dont mind paying $6 a month for shows
