I'm more interested in what was his fucking problem?!?!
i know paulie wouldn't. not sure about tony though.
paulie was the most trustworthy guy while at the same time a snake.
he had nothing to lose, he didn't have sons, the mafia was his family. while tony had a lot more to lose, like seeing his kids develop.
>I'm more interested in what was his fucking problem?!?!
He was smart. He knew the jig was up before he got wacked or put in the can.
>i know paulie wouldn't. not sure about tony though.
Yes, you are probably right. The mob was Paulies entire identity and he would have gone to the can for life to protect that image. Tony legitimately loves his family and would have flipped if given the opportunity.
Tony always knew he's going to end up in the can or dead. He couldn't quit cause he believed in the thing and had respect for its history. There's no way he would have snitched.

He certainly SAYS that he respects the thing, but when it all comes down to it he loves his family more than the mob.
So? He only cares about the well being of his family not himself. He can make sure they are taken care of from prison.
lets not go overboard here, he was literally hunting down snitches with his daughter around
he was in Son of the Beach
the only reason he did it was because he really card about the thing.
