Just because it stars Jonah Hill's ugly sister doesn't make it Superbad 2. For one, Jill's character is repeatedly degraded, rejected and literally spat upon by the other characters. He is completely undesirable by women and is the only character who by the end of the film is still a virgin. A female director would never be capable of depicting a fat woman that way, they are far too insecure and pitying.
Second, most of why Superbad was significant was when it came out. Shocking comedies were relatively rare and seeing teens behave in a realistic, albeit often pathetic, way was a breath of fresh air. Movie piracy was just taking off as well and fueled the rise of the film. Teen movies are decidedly far less popular than ever, with Superbad being possibly the last well remembered one. The psychological infantialization of society's youth has caused them to turn away from coming of age stories, instead looking for nihilistic tales that embrace hedonism, like Game of Thrones.
