Damn, Kechiche was in Cannes this year? The first one was a masterpiece about a young man who's literally /ourguy/ : he's a young aspiring screenwriter who's surrounded by beautiful young women but is also too much of a pussy/awkard to try anything. It's not about lesbians, it's a straight as it can get. It's basically a film about an Apollonian hero surrounded by Dionysian characters.

I thought the first one was average, but it had some great scenes. I have a suspicion that the main character is gay. It's strange that the second part is in Cannes especially when the first one was in Venice. I wonder if jurors caught up by watching the first part. So far this one is getting very bad reactions.
