Kino is Evileye's real name. The pic is from the side story that takes place in an alternate timeline where the MC was sent back in time to around the time when she became a vampire. They form a party and defeat the Coffin Dragon Lord who was the one who turned her into a vampire.

Yes but he wasn't transported with Nazarick so he doesn't have access to all the items and shit that made him so OP in the main timeline. Though at the end there is a 200 year time skip where they mention that Nazarick has appeared and immediately began destroying the surrounding countries since Ainz wasn't around to stop them.
The side story is pretty interesting since it reveals some details we didn't know about the world yet. Like how Brightness Dragon Lord is about as strong as Ainz. This is significant because Brightness Dragon Lord is one of the few surviving Dragon Lords in the main timeline. And there's also Platinum Dragon Lord who we already know is the strongest Dragon Lord in the main timeline which means that Platinum Dragon Lord is probably stronger than Ainz.
Neia is the best. It would be nice if Ainz doesn't kill Kino in the main timeline.

I know. They are both Kino. I'm not the one sperging and saying that there can only be one. I'm just pointing out that the Kino in OP is in fact named Kino.
Too bad the anime keeps slowing Maruyama down. He was planning to release volume 14 this year but his editor forced him to make this side story instead for the BD release of the anime.
