Make one change, follow the consequences and create a happy ending
Change: Stannis isn't enough of a cunt to kill his own brother > Stannis surrender to Renly, Dragonstone and all his troops join Renly army. Stannis is made Hand of the king. > Renly negociates with Robb. After the war, the North will be independant, Renly doesn't care. > It's now four kingdoms fully pledged against the Lannisters. Tywin cannot keep Harrenhal, he retreats to King's Landing to protect the Crown. > Ironborns smell the blood, this time Robb will be able to defend the North so they choose to attack Casterly Rock instead, devoid of troops to defend KL. > Lannisters being close to defeat, Dorne and the Vale finally moves to take revenge on Tywin. The war is unwinable for him and negociations are impossible because of Joffrey. KL falls and Lannisters are all executed.
> War is over. Robb goes back North, pass the Frey with no problem (no red wedding without Tywin), get Jon's message and send his mostly untouched army fortify the Wall. Wildlings are easily defeated and after Robb show them mercy, many joins the defense against White Walkers. > Renly get rid of Littlefinger, Pycell and Varys. Varys run away to Essos to find Daenarys but she rejects him and Jorah. With no supports and Renly having time to deal with her, she loses the battle of Mehrin and dies, dragons die before turning into adults. > With no dragon to break the Wall, whitewalkers can't do much. Soon Sam finds out about dragonglass, Stannis comes with large suplies and more troops. The long night ends with a pile of corpse not even half of the Wall size and a loot of dragonglass arrows.
Even if Stannis wasn't enough of a cunt to kill his own brother he'd never bow to him. Have you even read the books or know even the tiniest about him as a character?
Chase Stewart
this, more likely is other way around, and even that is thin ice.
>cunt his fag brother is trying to take what is his by rights, the dude was the biggest hero (unrecognized) of the rebellion and would have made a just king. stannis was 100% in the right
Christian Howard
He actually have many doubt about it in the books and consider doing just that. And if doesn't kill Renly but doesn't bow, Renly would have crush Stannis smaller army the events would follow pretty much the same.
Being in the right made alliances impossible and created an awful war the Lannisters should have lost 10 times but won because of Stannis turning the Stormlands into nothing and pushing Highgarden into Tywin's arms. Good job being right, you're worse than Ned
Alexander Davis
>Jorah survives S08E03 >Daenerys doesn't get mad >Cersei is still defeated, happy ending for everybody
>the lannisters were the bad guys When will this childish meme end?
Leo Barnes
The show is called A Song of Ice and Fire, not Game of Thrones
>accumulating power and influence in general is more important than trying to sit on the chair in the King's Landing. >Daenerys becomes very powerful in Essos, particular factions in Westeros start to be affected by her sphere of influence without her direct involvement >she has some ability to lean on the iron bank and make it start collecting from Cersei >more places than just Winterfell and KL become relevant >bonus: not so many normies get involved because of the title
John Mitchell
Think about it, Renly alive means it's now very simple to have a Stormlands/Reach/Riverlands/North alliance against the Westerlands. 4 kingdoms against one. With that, even Catelyn's creepy sister can be convinced to move against the Lannisters she hates. With that, Oberyn Martell won't wait to take revenge by fear the Lannisters die too soon.
stannis could've just bent the knee to renly then killed him (ideally making it look like lannisters did it) and succeeded the throne
Brody Lewis
Stannis could have just fucking used the two shadow demons he has in the books to kill Joffrey and Tommen and then become King
Angel Gomez
They're the ones making the civil war, depopulating Westeros, stealing focus from much bigger events White Walkers and Dany's dragons. So yeah, they're bad guys.
Dany can't survive in Essos, she barely managed to keep Mehreen despite having dragons. With an unchallenged king on the Iron Throne, the slavers would have support to kill the last Targaryan with her dragons.
Levi Myers
who's the guy with the skull?
Chase Morris
FAegon added in S5
>Becomes a king that is loved by the small folk >Takes KL in S7 or late S6 which would speed up Jaime and Cersei's death (She wants to burn KL down with wildfire) >Dany burns him alive after learning he is a Blackfyre but, it backfires and she becomes hated >Burns KL to the ground >Jon still kills Dany
Jaxson King
Renly would be completely ineffectual as a king. There’s a reason why he was feasting and holding tournaments despite having an army capable of taking a barely defended king’s landing. The real happy ending comes from him finding a shiny bauble that distracts him from the throne, ceding his army to Stannis and acting as the face man to smooth over the inevitable friction Stannis causes.
Cameron Cooper
he didn't have the HP for multiple kills also no guarantee KL just capitulates like that once they're already at war, whoever married myrcela would've been the next king
Ryan Price
How about proclaiming from the start Ned stark was wrong, Joffrey and Tommen are Robert's children, bend the knee to them, and then use the two shadow asassins to kill Joffrey and Tommen?
David Anderson
are legos bad for the enviornment? how long does it take a brick to break down if it washes into the ocean?
Cooper Perez
I'd be fine with her losing Mehreen, realising not everything's going to work out all the time and developing some more diverse methods of ruling. It would be like character development or something
Logan Wilson
>Stannis surrenders Stopped reading right there Neck yourself
Eli Ortiz
Lmao people still are into this show
Austin Hall
I think i have seen them pulled out of a bird stomach before and they'd take years to break down but they don't really end up in the environment as much because they're not that buoyant and kids don't really take lego bricks to the beach that often.
he does fucking not have any doubts about kneeling to renly you utter retard, re-read. renly has absolutely zero claim to the the throne and is just a little shit
Liam Lee
He cannot give his army since most of it are from Highgarden or Stormlords favoring alliance with Highgarden. Stannis also cannot accept Robb being Kinginthenorth so no big alliance.
Also Highgarden wouldn't allow Renly to faf around, the Queen of Thorns was sure to come soon to hardpress him into action
Ryder Peterson
so they end up in dirt instead
Grayson Lopez
Brans ability to alter the past actually matters
Alexander Lee
he was a cunt, but what exactly did Joffrey do that makes him evil?
Isaac Mitchell
had his kingsguard beat a 12 year old girl had several children murdered by the goldcloaks cut open ser pounce's aunt
Liam Anderson
that second one was Cersei, not Joffrey iirc Joffrey is literally tame as fuck by real world standards
Carter Lopez
would be based. He would have ended the war with the North when he saw the dead in the flames. Saves the realm and brings the North back into the fold so all the realm can fight Dany.
Liam Myers
no it was Joffrey, Tryion believed Cersei gave the order but she confessed that she didnt
Jacob Baker
Tyrion misses his shot at Tywin Tywin tackles Tyrion Tywin lives, Tyrion is beheaded Cersei is married off to Loras Jaime heads to Casterly Rock Boltons btfo Starks Night King btfos Boltons Danerys appears Tywin bends the knee cuz he knows better than to fuck with dragons Tywin and Danerys btfo the Night King Tywin marries Danerys Happy ending for best boy and best girl
Jason Brown
Tywin marrying Aerys' daughter would be top banter
Ryan Walker
>Jaime heads to Casterly Rock Jaime would have kill Loras and Cersei could turn Tommen against Tywin > Tywin and Dany btfo the Night King How ? They would have no idea about the Dragonglass, fallen North would give even more corpses to the dead army, no three eye raven, no ninja arya
Colton Gutierrez
Change: Night King crushes Arya's throat when she teleports behind him >She dies, NK doesn't >Jon dies yelling at a dragon >Dany gets mobbed by dead and dies >Tyrion and Sansa die in a crypt >Army of the Dead marches on King's Landing >Cersei doesn't have dragon glass and is easily defeated >Yara and Euron have epic battle over the Iron Islands as the only survivors Fuck everybody in Westeros
Wrong. The Night King stops at the Neck as he's tasked to defend all the Children of the Forest lands and not all Westeros.
Actually if the Northmen never build the Wall and left South, nobody had to die, the Night King did all the gory displays and had his army walk so slowly just because he wanted to scare them and give them a chance to leave.
Luke Kelly
>not Tywin forcing Cersei to marry the Night King to further Lannister influence in the north
Kevin Cooper
> but Father, I'm already married to Loras, Robert Arryn, Euron Greyjoy, Walder Frey, Illyrio from Penthos, half of the Iron Bank, Loras Tyrell again, Thormund, Randyl Tarly, that weird guy from Lorath you found in Harrenhal, Ramsey Bolton, Drogon the dragon, Victarion, a boy who names himself Darkstar and uncle Kerran. I can't marry again ! > YOU WILL OBEY !
