Here's a sympathetic argument I can make, not necessarily an accurate one.
Bran sees into the future. Sees Dany purging King's Landing and being a tyrant. But we're talking slow burn.
So what does he do?
Accelerationism. Isaac Asimov shit. He forces the problem to occur earlier so it can be finished earlier.
He "gets it over with", so to speak. Of course, spoogie dream magic never makes much sense, so Bran could have been the sole cause of the problem to begin with.
But yeah, assuming that in GoT future sight means you can actually alter what you see, Bran realizes that the best outcome is to keep Dany around to fight the WWs, and then push her into madness earlier so her wrath will be shorter.
