I've never bought something as big as a TV online before I always went to electronics stores so I could see the picture first hand. I went to three best buys, two walmarts, a frys and a sam's club none of which had any 3Dtvs.

I'd feel pretty uneasy about plopping down that kind of money and then just trusting the mail to deliver it.

I would modify this slightly. Hollywood movies are popular all over the world, but it's very much a question of WHICH movies we're talking about. For example, a movie that's very current-day political is probably going to be universally hated by audiences outside the US. But blockbusters like Transformers and Aquaman typically do well abroad. Green Book was well liked partly because it's an Oscar winner and a just a good movie.

Personally I view it as a type of "cargo cult" behavior. It seems people who want to be seen as "nerdy" because there's currently a bandwagon for that, but aren't dedicated enough to have actually rare or interesting collectibles will buy massive amounts of Funko Pops because there's one for every major comic book, video game and movie character to have "nerd cred". Due to this, some of the limited edition figures can go for massive amounts of money despite the fact that they aren't even aesthetically pleasing to look at, which means when the bubble pops and people move on to the next bandwagon lots of people will be left with a pile of worthless hunks of plastic that they paid thousands and thousands of dollars for. Some figures will probably retain value, as happened with a line of plushie toys called "Beanie Babies" that were a big fad in the 90s, but most people will probably lose a lot of money.

Okay so assuming Alita actually gets three movies, how about this? There will be changes since Robbie and James already made major ones

Movie 2
First third of the movie Is a recap of Alita's motorball career leading up to her big match with Jasugan and winning her way into Zalem
Zapan watches with fury and discovers Alita's berserker body locked away in storage
Zapan steals it and is contacted by Nova, who gives him a new face: the remains of Gelda's skin or make him look like an Alita clone but male as a Sechs reference.
Zapan goes around framing Alita for multiple murders but somehow mutates into his berserk form from the Manga. Alita and Jashugan work together to beat him, with help from Nova because he's a dick. Jashugan dies, Alita kills Berserker Zapan but is sentenced to death because the factory is a dick
Movie ends with Alita's mangled body being disposed of and Nova being a dick and doing something awful

Movie 3
Alita is saved and becomes a tuned agent, hunting Nova who fled from Zalem.
She meets Cindy and Figure Four.
The giant samurai dude is the mid boss, and after disposing of him she finds out it was all a ruse and Nova never left Zalem. Alita returns to Zalem and confronts Nova, who blows up the space elevator and plans to crush the scrapyard because he's a dick, but Alita seemingly sacrifices herself to stop him.

Or does she? The movie ends with Alita either going off to live with Figure Four, or Cindy if they are feeling progressive, but Lost Order never happens cause it's hot garbage.

There. Alita's main story told in three movies with nods to future installments that'll never happen.
