Your logic applies to your previous question. If the knight chooses to use a potion that could possibly kill him and he knew the risks, it is up to him to make that choice.
The potion seller did what he was morally obligated to do which is warn him, he has no reason to not make money on a sale if the knight wishes to continue to make the purchase.

Also, the strongest potion is a fluke, it’s there as a cautious reminder, imagine a scrawny guy coming to you and asking for some roids so he can do better in fighting.
