I think Kit was great as Jon, anyone would be better than Emilia for Daenerys. She had her moments, like being fucked by Drogo, but mostly it felt like bad casting.

It would have been so hot to see alfie fingerbang his irl sister
Kit is good for Jon, I imagine he can also be played by a twink like Timothée Chalamet too though. I'd probably change the casting of samwell tarly, I mean come-on (italian accent) how is he so fat (still italian accent)
That’s one of the few that might’ve been better than the actual choice.

said it in another thread that Jamie Bamber would've made a good Jon Connington

Gilliand Anderson Why did it not happen omg

Kevin Mckidd would have also worked as JonCon. Ginger, fitting age, plays well a constantly pissed off superior in Rome. Same for Ray Stevenson, would have been a great victarion, classic violent retard. I'm sure James Purefoy could have played anyone he wanted, but he and Mckidd are based and refused to play in a show that killed Rome.
>>Ray Stevenson was approached for an unspecified role, presumably the Hound. Would have been decent, bot no way better than Rory. Writers should have included VICTARION and Pullo would have probably the perfect role considering two of his most famous acts were >a superstitious, oddly-lovable, brainless brute and >incredibly experienced and dreaded sea-captain
