We used to have to do that shit at an Amazon sorting facility I temped at. We'd start with "good news" and some 24 year old 'lead' would read about our facility's 'achievements.'
He once read "we are the fastest human sorting facility on the east coast!" Everyone cheered and we did our chant.
I just remember thinking "fastest HUMAN. You're all cheering because your the best at a soon to be automated job. Hell, if you were faster than the drones he wouldn't need to even qualify you as human."
Quit 2 weeks later cause a high-schooler rolled up to me on a desk chair with a laptop and said my 'scan rate' was high, around 3.6 packages per minute, but around 4:13pm it dropped to 3.1 packages per minute because of a restroom break. He said it was fine to use the restroom, but not to let it affect my scan rate.
