So how do I fit dumbell shoulder press in there if you aren't supposed to chest press and shoulder press on the same day? Everyone says bench and OHP on the same day is bad I assume the same applies to dumbells.
Well i found some bodybuilding forum and reddit threads about it and they say it's hard on your shoulders. I was doing it for a couple weeks too and didn't have any issues.
And it limits your progression on either lift that comes after the first.
