I like the show too.
It's just trashy fun. There's no pretentiousness to it, it knows it's never going to be high art, it's schlock, it's heavily sexual, it's slapstick, and it's also got a lot of heart. Like the people behind it put a lot of effort into the show and the writing was usually really good. It's funny, the characters are oddly really fleshed out, plenty of good and bad to them.
It shits the bed at the end sadly. But I feel that's mostly because they just had no idea how to end it well.

As someone who was browsing Yea Forums since he was 15 in 2005, Drawn Together was a tryhard television version of old hat Yea Forums humor that had already grown stale to me. Wasn't subversive enough, I was already past that brand of edge, Yea Forums had gone beyond it. I felt like I had my finger on the pulse of edge and subversion by browsing Yea Forums, Drawn Together was just weak gay shit written by out of touch gen-xers in comparison.
