I hope Bong or Almodovar wins. I like some of Tarantino's films but he already has a Palme and i don't think he should have got his first Palme and this year the competition seems very strong so i doubt his film will be the best.

I wouldn't say so. They mostly choose a decent film but not the best one. Last year Shoplifters was a good choice, The Square was good choice also although not the best choice. I Daniel Blake was bad and the same goes for Dheepan. It really depends on the jury. 2004 had really terrible winner, Tarantino was the president of the jury so it doesn't surprise me.
