We really need a >if you see this post on the front page you have been blessed by Emilia etc thing
Evan Scott
Danyposting makes me feel lonely, she reminds me of an old ex I was smitten over. It's unironically motivated me to fire up dating apps (few month hiatus) and try my luck at finding someone special again. Wish me luck anons.
Can someone tell Emilia to stop caking herself in makeup? It very rarely looks good but she's a top qt otherwise. She should understand proper makeup at her age.
Liam Lee
She did nothing wrong and got killed by an gay manlet for it. Rhaegar should have never tainted pure valyrian blood with northern sewage.
Why would they make a psychopathic villain so cute. It’s like casting Taylor Hill as Hitler.
Landon Price
Is she someone who can't wink properly
Robert Nguyen
Jon is a fucking pathetic moron. He didn't even attempt to help the women he loved and had sworn loyalty too, he just immediately gave up on her.
There's no fucking reason whatsoever he couldn't have agreed to marry her and as a proper couple try and guide her, which is apparently all she needed since that's what she lost this season. Then if that doesn't work he can kill her.
I mean for fucks sake Jon himself is responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent fleeing wildings "for the greater good" of the realm. Tyrion was fine being the son of the man who sacked King's Landing killing thousands, he was fine with letting Cersei go despite her killing thousands. Arya wiped out an entire house in cold blood. And don't get me started on how Bran is the most evil character in the entire show who not only wanted these events to happen, but actually worked to make them happen, just so he could be king. But no, Dany HAD to be killed and she HAD to be killed right then and there for reasons.
Fuck you D&D you fucking hacks.
Kayden Mitchell
she always gets emotional when talking about dany's end :(
>Be with me. Build the new world with me, this is our reason. It has been from the beginning, since you were a little boy with a bastard's name, and I was a little girl who couldn't count to twenty. We do it together, we break the wheel together.
A real man that loved her would've stood up and proposed a toast to the queen who fought on the front lines to help save humanity. Jon really was fucking worthless.
>you now realize we'll N E V E R see Dany rule the seven kingdoms, not even for ONE episode, instead they rushed their trainwreck and instantly killed her after she has won
How the fuck is there not a single good quality rip of Triassic Attack out there?
Colton Moore
Would've been much better to have her actually rule, have Jon marry her and genuinely try to help her. Show her slow descent into hating the people because of their constant fighting her.
Henry Green
>all these faggots just liking dany because of muh nazis instead of liking Emilia for being a genuinely nice and warm person /ecg/ is a joke to some of you
Easton Anderson
>have Jon marry her and genuinely try to help her She is not willing to share. Not even a little.
There's sharing the throne and then there's listening to the person you love. Danny has always listened to her advisors, including Jon. She would absolutely let him help her if they were married, especially since it'd take away any argument Sansa and Tyrion could use to say he's the heir instead. Plus you know, she literally says as much She WANTED his help, she knew she needed it but he betrayed and scorned her at every opportunity.
>Be with me. Build the new world with me, this is our reason. It has been from the beginning, since you were a little boy with a bastard's name, and I was a little girl who couldn't count to twenty. We do it together, we break the wheel together.
Look at her face she genuinely loved him, all she wanted in the world was for him to love her back and rule together with her. Emilia herself has said as much as well.
Christopher Nelson
nice trips
Ayden Turner
She loved him like she loved drogon. As a pet. Which would be fine if she wasn't batshit.
We didn't see a single person's reaction to her death besides Jon and Drogon. Actually, thinking about it now I don't think we had ANY story from her POV since before the burning of KL did we? D&D really wanted to dehumanize her it seems.
But...that's just not true. She literally says as much right there.
Ryder Walker
>Which would be fine if she wasn't batshit. She would've been fine if he had just gone steady with her. She saw the chance for something more, she desperately needed the escape, and when that fell apart all she had left was all the dark shit. Been there. Seen that. Glad I didn't have access to a WMD.
Jace Brown
There should've been an episode or two about the Mad Queen actually rulling her kingdom and growing more and more mad and paranoid as Jon slowly realises she's a lost cause
Blake Brown
She talked down to him. her dialogue was basically like talking to a stupid child. I think it is incredibly rushed and horribly executed but at that point not only was the idea of Jon being an equal to her completely gone but the idea that she was going to listen to anyone else ever was also done. >listen dum dum I am right and here is why I will burn down everything from winterfell to dorne.
Ethan Sanchez
there should have been an entire season of dany ruling
I hope for the person she's going to marry she's the same when there are no cameras as she is when there are cameras.
Sebastian Peterson
I'd be happy with 2 more episodes. End this episode with dany giving speech, Jon realizing what is going on. Another episode of her planning to attack more people. And then finally in the last episode, Dany kills the beta cuck who can't realize how good he has it and burns down the whole world and breaks the wheel.
Adam Harris
Jon became a non-character in s8 and didn't have a full conversation with what was apparently the love of his life
Caleb Cooper
Now you're just making shit up. Emilia herself has said that all she wanted in the world was for Jon to love and help her. Dany says show in the show, and you can see the look on her face. It's insane to argue different.
Charles Bennett
>Everyone: I love Game of Thrones, the dialogue is fantastic! >D&D: Fuck em all. 6 episodes and Jon dun wan it
Jack Nguyen
>all she wanted in the world was for Jon to love and help her. and what did she want from Drogon? Again he is her pet She did not take his concerns seriously even for a second.
Nathan Miller
I think she is. She seems appreciative of life after what's she has gone through.
Then child It doesn'T matter. I am not saying she didn't love him. but she did not take him seriously and you saying he could help her when the scene literally shows no matter what jon says she would stay on her path
Noah Butler
>but she did not take him seriously But she did, she was constantly seeking and listening to his advice. She wanted his approval, she wanted his love, she knows she needed his help. But sure, you understand Dany better than Emilia.
Asher Cooper
>But she did Not in that scene Not after "going mad"
He did not give her his approval and her reaction was just that it will come. Yeah she wanted his approval. But she wasn't going to change if he wasn't going to give it. That was the fucking point.
glad someone gets it. She has never looked better than that scene. Except maybe her ass in pilot
Benjamin Edwards
She deserves an golden globe for keeping her eyebrows under control
Isaiah Turner
I wish Cleganebowl never happened. The Hound and Arya should've both just fucked off when the roof started coming down. Then when Greyworm went killy you could have the Mountain climb out from the rubble and start fucking everyone up. THEN Cleganebowl could happen.
Emilia is a sweetheart towards everyone. Just look at her fan interactions. She gives everyone her attention and is genuinely thankful when about her station in life. I don't think she's a particularly good actress (though she isn't awful either), but I doubt shes faking anything.
I saw this movie yesterday and fucking god she was very beautiful
fuck that dumb cripple
Jordan Campbell
Jon was terrible in this season and out of character, even if was going to kill her he should have committed suicide at the same time. But you're right that every action he took was an astonishing betrayal considering the actions Dany took to protect him.
Camden Price
Loved it. I like here since Futurama episode with Zoidberg love. Dany in first couple seasons was total cunt but with time she grow and show promise, S8 Dany is best Dany, it could be so much more thou.
Ethan Johnson
I tried looking it up on Netflix and HBO but it's not on either of those :(
Colton Moore
>Rare secret meeting of Daenerys Targaryen and Tywin Lannister colorized
How fast you an run with that goalpost mate? Point is Jon could try and reason with her, girls change for guys they love all it was needed was some attention from Jon and him saying: "Dany, shit happend and people here fear you, now its time to show them your kind side and help as much as we can" After burning Kings Landing no one in right mind would oppose her and she could play kind Queen she always wanted with Jon and Dwarf cooling down her ideas when nesesary. Dagger in guts after 20s of talking isnt love.
Jackson Foster
>it is time to put an end to the petty squabbles. you will marry the jannies and unite our house /ecg/ and that will be the end of it

Emilia Clarke indeed did ruin the show because she has the same complex as her evil character and wanted her character to be adored till the end even after commiting mass murder. She honestly doesn't deserve Daenerys or the praise she gets. If I was an actor, I'd be thrilled to bring such a character story on screen! Emilia could have become an actress who made history. Instead she chose to be another of a thousand women actors who played another generic woman character.
Wyatt Diaz
The way Emilia rationalises Dany’s setting fire on King’s Landing and speaking of “recovery” from that event and that Jon should’ve given her time just makes me incredibly uncomfortable. Her shoehorning a bubbly Dany to remind the audience of who she once was only ended up making her look crazy after her paranoia of distrust in the previous episode.
I get that Dany meant a lot to her in terms of dealing with her ailment and D&D could’ve broken it faster to her, but at some point you have to accept she was a dictator and had caused immense mass violence along the way. If she had to be humanised that wasn’t the way.
David Gray
>finally watched Solo >mediocre movie but entertaining enough to not be complete trash >didn't care about Solo nor liked Ehrenreich's performance >cringe robot >all scenes with Emilia were enjoyable Give me a good Qi'Ra movie, evne if it's just for me. Or bring her back somewhere!
She should have been able to see the path her character was going down but it also falls on the writers/directors to tell her more than 6 episodes in advance
Dominic Sanchez
1/10 try harder
Connor Hill
>was a dictator and had caused immense mass violence along the way Name one lord that was elected in that show and at the same time never fought anyone.
Tyler Brooks
>Point is Jon could try and reason with her, She was completely unmovable and felt no remorse. >"Dany, shit happend and people here fear you, now its time to show them your kind side and help as much as we can" Yeah you are writing a better argument but that was essentially what jon said as well. He was giving her a chance to justify herself or express remorse or anything but pure conviction she was 100% right and there is nothing Jon could ever say to convince her that is what Tyrion said. >and she could play kind Queen she always wanted did you skip over her speech? she wasn't done conquering. There was no playing queen as long as some people were still alive not following her. Westeros was not enough. >Jon and Dwarf cooling down her ideas when nesesary. Like the bell idea thing Dwarf came up with? >Dagger in guts after 20s of talking isnt love. Well yeah everything is fucking rushed. This entire season.
John Scott
I can’t with emilia Clarke right now. I really can not! She never understood her character and her takes show that she still doesn’t. God. I am un-stanning her right now.
Robert Barnes
The saddest thing is you have these decent actors getting these shit roles because the writers are all circlejerking hacks. They get paid millions for scripts that are undeserving of being used as toilet paper.
The burning of King's Landing was justified from a military perspective. Everyone else joined together to fight off the undead and meanwhile King's Landing sat down there doing jack shit all. The argument could be fielded that inflicting the totality of the consequence of inaction on King's Landing is totally justified.
