A Song of Autism and Fire

>Aegon the Conquerer
>invades Westeros because "lmao I have dragons" (direct quote)
>burns hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children
>burns Harrenhal, the greatest castle and architectural work on the continent, along with everyone inside it
>while trying to conquer Dorne, his sister-wife Rhaenys dies
>he then proceeds to burn EVERY single castle and city in Dorne to ashes over the course of years to get revenge
>Aegon is admired as a great leader and statesman

>Daenerys 'Stormborn' Targaryen
>invades Westeros because her family ruled it for 300 years (and because she had dragons too lmao)
>ended slavery in Slaver's Bay, freeing hundreds of thousands of lives
>made a pact with the Ironborn and Dothraki, making them stop pillaging everything
>literally saved the world in the '"Long" Night'
>burns tens of thousands of men, women, and children (once)
>Daenerys is considered a lunatic and was betrayed/murdered by her own nephew

can anyone help me out getting CK2 pirated with all DLC + Updates? I'm finding it to be rather tricky, especially since the figirl repack is way out of day and doesn't have lots of DLC

Hmm, thats weird. Before Harrenhal, only soldiers opposing Aegon in battle died to his dragons. And the difference between Aegon and Daenerys is the fact that Aegon never burned a city. Ever. He only attacked military targets with his dragons.

The wall is the greatest architectural work on the continent.

lmao no he fucked up Dorne real good
awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/First_Dornish_War

Dany has been setting people on fire and crucifying them because she believed they deserved it since season 1. She was objectively emotionally unstable and mad, and the retard thought she would be able to conquer the entire world because she had a dragon, something that the Valyrian Freehold, with literally thousands of dragons and vastly superior technology couldn't do

"The castles who remained defiant were burned time and time again"

"The Targaryens burned every Dornish stronghold at least once, with the exception of Sunspear and its shadow city."

The key word here is Stronghold. He never attacked a town or city. Undoubtedly there was rape and killing of non-combatants in said strongholds, but strongholds are valid targets in war. Hell, his refusal to attack towns, and not burn the shadow city is telling.

Just to make it clear, I'm not saying it wasn't brutal. But it wasn't attacking civilians in a captured city. Also, execution by dragon was something the Targaryeans frowned upon, and didn't like to do, it was seen as cruel and barbaric (Look at the ones who did do it, Aegon II to his arch-enemy, and Maegor I.)

>be Julius Caesar
>slaughter 1/3 of Gaul
>enslave 1/3 of Gaul
>subjugate 1/3 of Gaul
>get a triumph through Rome for being top bloke

>be Trump
>want to build wall to stop illegal immigrants
>arrests and detain illegal immigrants
>illegal immigrants generally shits and the best of them still bleed money from country
>called literally hitlerx2

times change

there you go user

thanks. I saw that picture of Aegon in OP and figured this was a good place to ask (janny banned me form Yea Forums)

>going to Yea Forums instead of shitting up the general

>he then proceeds to burn EVERY single castle and city in Dorne to ashes over the course of years to get revenge
Absolutely based. Fuck the Dornish.

>literally saved the world in the '"Long" Night'
No, that was Arya.

>he then proceeds to burn EVERY single castle and city in Dorne to ashes over the course of years to get revenge
>and yet the Dornish still won because lmao Vietnam allegory
Really, the Dornish should've been fucked. Dragons burning your fields and towns all day every day for years straight? How did they not all starve? If the fat fuck wanted to make a Vietnam reference, then he should've had the Targaryens hold back instead of go full carpet bombing and nuking

If you started a thread like that, you deserve to be b&

seething mutt

Targaryens are the opposite of mutts, mutt.

>Aegon’s conquest
How many of them had already surrendered?

Aegon won

>Dragons burning your fields and towns all day every day for years straight?
They didn't have any fields because they're desert subhumans.
>and yet the Dornish still won
Only by sacrificing like half of their population and using extremely underhanded tactics, which is why they are rightfully despised by every other kingdom.

they've basically desert vietcong guerrilla killing dragons till the targs marry one of them to bring them into the 7 kingdoms. they've also despised by every other kingdom because their culture is so different compared to all the rest

>they've also despised by every other kingdom because their culture is so different compared to all the rest
They're despised because they're dishonorable shits who murder people under a peace banner. They're an entire country with the moral compass of Walder Frey.

that and poison

Fuck targ shits

Caesar actually brought wealth, prosperity and prestige to Rome. Trump got into office and immediately goatsed his asshole to any kike who strolled into the Oval Office, only break by playing golf or posting about how he's "looking into" whites being slaughtered in South Africa or whatever meaningless token he tosses to his drooling boomer base.

Reminder that Jon got cucked out of the love of his life by a conspiracy between a imp, a slag and a autistic cripple. He could be conquering the world with dragons and giant doggos and his targ gf

gdp is up, unemployment is down. my point was what counts as a good leader has changed, slaughtering your enemies with no mercy isn't tolerated anymore

pretty sure Torrhen was the only king who surrendered without getting a dragon paddlin'

>love of his life
that was Ygritte, danny was a power move forced by the writers

And the Vale too. The little boy King of the Vale got /ss/'d by Visenya when he saw her dragon and wanted to ride it.

nice

Igg games

That's democracy for you

Aegon accepted surrender while letting the Lord's keep their lands, titles and armies

Dany burned hundreds of thousands of people after surrender just because she could

Torrhen and sharra arryn

she deserved better

Truman destroyed two Japanese cities full of civilians, but he was never stabbed to death by his lover nephew

he warged into the future and saw it would give us anime

Attached: 1482520106819.jpg (600x675, 57K)

If that was true he would have nuked EVERY city.

they did my waifu dirty and ill never forgive any of them for it

>it's a "muh MIGA" poster
Go back to shitting up /pol/ and leave Yea Forums to its own cancer

They were literally attacking only army related shit.
Dorne is based.
>How did they not all starve?
Who do you think actually controls the pirates and slavers? Dorne is behind a huge part of the piracy and slaving in the Stepstones. Remember, the population there was part of the Rhoynar settlers that nymeria left there, when Dorne was under attack they disappeared and no one knew where. Leaving for the stepstones was the easiest way, Dorne claims to be as poor as the north, but the martell dress in richer ways than any other house, they are slavers.
